This place is so clean and smells fresh, and not like "spray febreeze over the sweat/smell" fresh, I mean it really is genuinely clean. It's also quiet, relaxing, and very accommodating. The sauna itself is spacious. Some of the rooms have showers with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Every room has a massive TV (sound system is inside the sauna) with Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube. I like playing meditation videos on YouTube personally! You're given plenty of towels (floor, face, and body) and they put a chilled eucalyptus towel in the room for when you're done. There's a control panel in the sauna for you to change the temperature, duration of the session, change the color of the lights, and turn off/on the red light therapy panel. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.
