I was stuck in downtown Minneapolis last night. Probably one of the worst nights to be stranded. That night being Halloween. I called 5 different cab companies and either got the busy signal or the wait time would be 3 hours. There were multiple streets blocked off due to different accidents. I should mention I have never used a cab in my entire life so I didn't know what to expect. I saw Reliacar on Yelp and decided to give them a call as I was out of options. I got an immediate answer and luckily the driver was already within two blocks from my location! The driver arrived within 10 minutes and I only had to walk a block to get to him. He was extremely friendly and cut me a deal on the fare. I didn't catch his name, but he did tell me to mention that he is the driver with the Egyptian accent. When I am stranded in Minneapolis, I will definitely being giving Reliacar a call! read more

I love this taxi service. I have used them 4 times now, 3 times to the airport, and once to send my mother-in-law home from a late dinner. Each time the driver shows up early, helps me with my bags, and makes polite conversation. Recently, our dinner ran late and the driver was very patient while we finished up. My mother-in-law is usually uncomfortable with typical taxi drivers, but she was impressed by this service. We had her picked up in a towncar, and it was clean and comfortable and the driver was great! The price is reasonable. This is the only service I will use in the Twin Cities area. read more

We had the most positive experience with our limo rental this past weekend. I reserved it in January, no strings attached, price included tip, at a reasonable price in my comparisons. Right on time! Our car was nice, clean and well stocked with ice, glasses, etc. Our driver, Jason, was amazing. A good communicator that cared about us. He brought us umbrellas when it was raining, and he was very accommodating about where we wanted to go and how long we stayed at each place. I would definitely call ReliaCar again! read more

When I became unable to drive due to a minor vision impairment, I went rounds with the so-called "professional" towncar services in this city. No more. If I can't get somewhere easily on the bus, I call ITN. Why? They always answer the phone. They always show up. They don't get lost. They don't add random fake charges to the fare. They have towncars and SUVs. The vehicles are spotless. The drivers are pleasant and professional: they are career customer service pros and great drivers. I like to book online but you can call to order, too. I'd recommend a second choice but honestly I haven't found any company here in the cities that comes even close. We used this service the Saturday before Christmas to the airport from Shoreview. Our driver suggested that he drop us at what now passes for curbside luggage drop at MSP. It was the best suggestion as we checked our luggage very quickly and avoided some horrendous lines for luggage drop inside the airport. This was after a prompt pick up and great ride to the airport. While I thought our driver was a very nice man, I have several complaints and will not be using this company every again...here was my experience: I asked for a car to be at me wedding reception at 11:45pm. He said he got lost and arrived 20 minutes after that time. Then, he called my phone as I was walking out the door to see if our ride was there. I asked if he would wait 5 minutes while I grabbed my new husband and a few of my wedding things. This really did only take about 5 minutes. The ride was meant to be for only my husband and I, but we had several guests without a ride (who were pretty drunk and hard to reason with) and it took me several minutes to convince them to get in the car. For this time I was charged a wait time. I ask you, why didn't I get to charge a wait time while I was freezing my tatats off waiting 20 minutes for him to show up (with no warning call that he was running late by the way). Then, I was also charged for the full distance that I had originally booked for (which I will admit was a bit of a drive - from White Bear area all the way to downtown Minneapolis). However, when we got in the car we changed our location to a friend's house which was much closer than our downtown location. I informed them via e-mail today about this situation, but because of all the nonsense they have officially lost me as a customer. It's too much effort to get the 12 bucks I was overcharged back, but I do think people should be aware that they are not as reliable as the name suggests read more

We needed a ride to the airport at 5am on a Sunday morning and called ReliaCar based on the Yelp reviews. You can go on their website and get a cost estimate, which was really helpful. We found that the cost was comparable to a taxi ride, so I booked it. We booked a Town Car for 2 of us, but an SUV showed up right on time. It was nice and clean with leather seats and made us feel like VIP's. Our driver loaded up our bags and off we went. The driver was friendly and was a safe driver, which can be lacking with your basic taxi rides. We liked that the price was quoted up front and the price was the price. Not that there was any traffic that early in the morning, but it's nice to know up front. For us, it would have been the same price as the park and ride, but instead we got door to door service. I highly recommend these folks if you are in need of ride. read more

My first experience with Noah and ITN was over three years ago the night of a bachelorette party for one of my friends. I had set up several cabs through another company to take all the girls home at the end of the night, but when the end of the night came our cabs never showed up. We were a bunch of girls in a not so great neighborhood standing outside after bar close (for 30+ minutes) trying to figure out what to do. I started calling other cab companies trying to get someone to come get us right away (tough at bar close), and I eventually talked to Noah, who was there to pick us up within 5 minutes. Throughout the last several years, we have (exclusively) on countless occasions used ITN for our cabbing/car needs, and they have never let us down. We have never once been picked up late, in fact they are almost always early. Many of our friends in the metro also use ITN now, and we have called them to help us out with anything and everything. They have been extremely helpful for large groups (which we often have) because they have the large SUVs. I felt compelled to write this review because I feel like the people rarely come on things like this when they are satisfied and are more likely to when they have a complaint. If you are looking for a good cabbing company/car service, definitely give them a try and find out for yourself how awesome they are! read more

This is an excellent car company. They drove us from Minneapolis to Blaine in a snow and ice storm so that my husband could keep a surgical appointment. We couldn't have driven there ourselves. On another occasion, they drove us to a western suburb about 20 miles away through a number of road changes and repairs so that we could attend a wedding reception and dinner. Their cars are comfortable and spacious. Their drivers are knowledgeable and skillful and are also courteous and personable. I recommend them to others over and over again. read more

Today we took our 2 hour limo ride for my son's birthday. Our driver Noah did an excellent job. This company texted us half hour prior to showing up to remind us, our driver took us through downtown Minneapolis and took us to all the scenic areas it was beautiful and my kids had so much fun. He then took us around a bunch of lakes and we had great weather on top of it. My 9 year old had a blast and we thank u noah for the great job u did. When the ride was over we got dropped off at mall of america and continued to celebrate his birthday. When we got out of limo we thanked noah and he made a suggestion about Christmas coming up and they know where the lights are for tours. I gotta say THANK U for mentioning that because we will be making reservation to do that this year. Its totally worth the price and to get to sit back and relax and enjoy lights with my 2 kids would make an awesome early x-mas present for our whole family to enjoy. This was the best $100 I spent in 2019. I was in a unique situation- booking a car for 3, a family member with a small child and spouse who visited Texas, faced multiple flight delays and then lost their car keys. I am not familiar to Minneapolis nor the requirements for car travel with a 1 year old. I was promptly connected with a Relicar representative and more importantly given sage advice on the best car service, a true estimate of the ride and which car seat would be necessary for the baby's size. THEY CARRY CAR SEATS, which Uber and lyft services do not in most states from my knowledge. I was told the ride was a lifesaver- the driver arrived promptly and saved my family member and her party from any added stress from their already difficult day. Their 40 mile travel from the airport was STRESS FREE and my family member thanked me tremendously for booking this service. Called day before a business trip to arrange a car to airport. He took all my information, recognized the address where my condo is in downtown St. Paul and said a car would pick me up and the driver would call me when arriving. Well after 5 minutes late I called them...no answer. After 10 minutes I called and no answer. At 15 minutes late I called City Wide Cab who showed up in 5 minutes and took me to the airport. So I recommend taking a taxi over this unreliable service..it is NOT RELIABLE! (I'm at the airport and tried to call them and still no one answers!) read more

I want to thank Brad at Relia car for an amazing experience for transportation to and from the airport to Mystic Hotel and Casino for an event we sponsored at Canterbury Downs the weekend of June 21-25. We had Hall of Fame Jockeys and our committee flying in from all over the country and the drivers were there to greet them and make sure they got prompt service for their trip to the hotel. They all told me what a great experience they had finding and meeting with them. Brad was available all weekend 24/7 for any questions or changes we had. A couple of people couldn't find their drivers when they got off the plane and Brad was on it with his drivers so that the people were able to connect with the drivers within 5 minutes. Our event was to benefit disabled riders who had catastrophic injuries and are in wheelchairs and to raise money for the PDJF which is a organization to help these people out. Its the Paralyzed, Disabled Jockey's Fund. This was our fifth year and we went over One Million dollars that we have raised for them. All except expenses go to them. Brad made sure these disabled riders and their wheelchairs were well taken care of and picked up promptly and transported to the hotel and back. We thank you Brad and all the drivers who made our weekend go smoothly and without any problems. I highly recommend your car service to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable ride to and from the airport and any other transportation needs. Business travel made easier. I travel for business and I've struggled with taxi and car services being unreliable. I ran though the airport just to miss a flight by 15 minutes because of them. A co-worker that travels frequently as well gave me Noah's card for ReliaCar. I called and was booked in 5 minutes for my ride the next morning. It was scheduled at 7:15 AM and I received a text from the driver telling me he had arrived at a few minutes after 7:00 AM and was waiting "at my convenience". I walked out of my home to find a black Lincoln Town Car with a professional driver in a full suit with the trunk open. I believe his name was Jason. He greeted me with a smile and a "Good morning Mr. Johnson, can I take your bags for you?" Once underway I noticed I forgot the coffee I had sitting in my home and asked if we could stop at Caribou on the way (Going to Boston where there is only Starbucks) and he said no problem. From here I had several calls to make and even a few WebEx meetings on the way to the airport. In the past I've had problems with drivers on their cell phones and noisy music, not this guy! When I finally got everything done we were pulling in to the airport EARLY! I immediately booked them for the next 3 trips I have planned. They emailed me the receipt which made it easy to export to my company's expense system and, even with tip, it cost about the same as a taxi would! If you travel for business you know any good connection you can make pays dividends, here's one that you should keep in your cell phone. read more

We used ReliaCar to and from MSP. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and the driver was very prompt and friendly. We forgot a child's booster seat in the third row and were already through security when we remembered. The same driver picked us up after our vacation and made sure the seat was in the vehicle (and made sure we remembered to bring it with us!). LOVE this company! Yesterday, during a snowstorm all other local cab services were giving wait times of up to 2 hours. In a fit of frustration, I called the first number I Googled, which was ITN. The dispatcher on the phone was very professional and assured me that he could get me within 20 minutes. Even though I asked for a taxi, the driver showed up in a nice Lincoln Town car, was well dressed and very knowledgeable. The price was also very reasonable and less then my usual taxi rides. The driver explained that they ITN is a small company but they are able to cover more customers than a lot of the larger companies in town. If you live in the Minneapolis or St. Paul area and are looking for a good, safe and reliable taxi or town car service company, whether it s for business, pleasure or just a last minute emergency I strongly recommend ITN! read more

This is by far the best car service I have ever experienced. Reliacar drivers are very professional, always on time, (or early,) and know their way around town. Even the secret back ways to avoid horrible, ridiculous, awful construction traffic! All of the drivers are polite, helpful, and patient. The vehicles are comfortable, clean and safe. This company provides excellent guest services, and go above and beyond. They are disability friendly! I had surgery recently and use a walker. They always open the door for me, get me in safely, and take care of storing my device. Even though I am a medical transport customer, I am treated like an important person- with dignity and respect. All of the drivers are wonderful, but in my opinion, WARD is by far the best! He is the man! I hope I never have to go back to any of those other companies that show up late, or not at all, in old clunky vehicles that are difficult to get into, and are unsafe. I just finished recommending this service to a friend. I will no longer use anyone but ReliaCar to take me to the airport. Travel is hair-raising enough these days without having to worry about missing your flight because your cab was late. ReliaCar lives up to its name and is well worth the slight extra cost. The drivers are professional and helpful, even at 4 a.m. The people on the phone are also excellent, in contrast to some of the cab dispatchers I've dealt with. After a bad experience hiring a cab to take my 89-year-old mother, who had memory loss, to one of my orchestra concerts, I called ReliaCar the next time.
