Im so thankful to have heard about Reliable Movers. They did a wonderful job. Was on time and extremely conscientious. His 2 helpers were okay, its not their business and they weren't as careful but... I would hire then again in a heartbeat read more

Rafael and his team are so friendly and amazingly hard workers. This is third time I've used him and highly recommend his services. Prizing is very affordable and worth every cent. He worked with me when I had a delay in container delivery and needed to reschedule which was very appreciated. read more

They did a good job and were reasonably priced. Showed up on time and were very polite.

I used Reliable Movers today to move my two-bedroom apartment, and I couldn't be more impressed. I was referred by Shannon, and both Shannon and Rafeal helped with the move -- they were spectacular. From start to finish, they were professional, helpful, and treated every item with care, especially the delicate ones. They made what could have been a stressful day feel completely smooth and easy. I highly recommend Reliable Movers to anyone needing moving services, and I know for sure I'll be calling them again the next time I move. Thank you for the amazing service. Great value read more

Reliable Movers are my go to! From my first experience in 2017, Rafael and his team did not disappoint. Not only are they fast but extremely efficient! I have moved 3 times since moving to Vegas and they are by far the best movers I have used. Rafael an WIlliam were great. They arived on time and got to moving right away. Didn't take a break and moved quick. We had to make a 2nd trip for garage stuff and they were on it and got everything moved quick. It was just two of them and they moved everything quicker than the last movers I used with 3 people who had to take constant breaks. I hope I dont have to move anytime soon but if I do I will use Reliable Movers again. read more

Rafael and his team are OUTSTANDING! They went above and beyond in helping move two families into one big home. Rafael demonstrated excellent communication skills and worked efficiently throughout the process. He is very hands-on and handled all furniture and appliances with great care. You can absolutely count on him and his team for all your moving needs. We highly recommend Rafael without a doubt! read more

Rafael is more than AMAZING! I called him from California to get assistance for a friend who needed help moving medical boxes into his new apartment after the elevator broke. My friend has stage 5 kidney disease and it was a struggle to get all these boxes (approx 60) up the stairs on his own. Rafael came to the rescue despite the short notice, and I am eternally grateful for his service. He is quick, and as the name of his business RELIABLE! I would highly recommend this business for anyone in the Vegas area! read more

This is our 2nd time using Rafael. He is Amazing! He makes your move easy. He is also very fair in pricing. He and his helper Wes did a great job and puts your mind at ease knowing he truly cares about making sure you get the best service possible and peace of mind in your stressful suitation. Thank you. Rafael & Floyd were reasonably priced, efficient, thorough, and able to move all my things in under 3 hours, including a 30 min commute between the two homes. I wish we could give Reliable Movers 10 out of 5 stars because these guys are incredible. They are prompt, professional, and definitely Reliable! We will absolutely use them in the future and go out of our way to recommend them. Thank you, George, for your outstanding work today! ~ Dave and Gloria read more

Rafael is quick in responding to any questions, and totally competent in the entire moving process. I had Uhaul pods transported to Las Vegas from out of state. He handled the entire process with them, picked up the pods, delivered and unloaded them into my home. Absolutely no issues with anything! Then returned the pods to Uhaul. An entire professional experience with this company! As a side note Rafael is one of the nicest, kindest, and patient humans on earth! I would really like to give 10 stars, but I think you get the idea. read more

This was a company I wish I could have used for all my previous moves. The group of guys helping me- Angel, Seven and Jere made our move so smooth. I had worries about walls being damaged, things being broken and care just not at the level I expected, but these guys EXCEEDED my expectations. They treated my property like it was their own. That's not something that comes many other companies I have used. I truly thank you three (if you read this). George helped set my move up and made the entire process an ease off my mind. Movers were at my place early and ready to go. All around 10/10. I would recommend this company 100x over and and excited to see how much they grow by the next time I use them! You guys rock! read more

So awesome! Used several times and they're great every time. Thanks so much. Strong, dependable and reasonable. A++

Rafael was awesome! Super communicative, friendly, professional, organized, and open to helping move whatever I needed. I did the truck option and Rafael and Floyd came prepared! They had blankets, shrink wrap, tools to remove my mounted TV, anything they could need to make the move as smooth as possible. They took care of my belongings and were very considerate of my new home when bringing the items in. They made the moving process so much easier. They did such a great job that I recommended them to my friend who used their services a week later! read more

Top notch service from a pair of true professionals who are genuinely good at what they do. On our last move we packed everything ourselves, wore ourselves out, and were pretty miserable for the long drive. This time around? Same UHaul truck, same stuff, but Rafael got it done faster, more organized, and stuff looks way less likely to break this time around. Stuff was tied to the wall and secured throughout the load. We actually had left over space in the back when they were done to add our last odds and ends as we finished packing. They saved our move and made our lives way, way less stressful. Worth every penny and then some. read more

Rafael and his assistant were some of the most efficient movers I've hired, and I have hired quite a few. Especially working in 110 degree heat, that didn't slow them down and I couldn't have managed my move without them. They offer the absolute best bang for your buck in my opinion - ty again read more

Rafael and his team were fantastic. They were so quick to load up our furniture that we didn't even realize how far along they had gotten. Our move was at 7am from an upstairs apartment and I don't think my neighbors even knew a move was taking place with how quiet they were. The move was from Las Vegas to San Diego. They kept in touch with us throughout the trip and unloaded everything neatly into our storage unit. The price qoutes was exactly what I was charged and was extremely reasonable. I checked out a bunch of movers who were asking much higher rates before being lucky enough to find Reliable Movers on Yelp. They were efficient, polite, and hard working. Thanks Reliable Movers for making this move easy and stress-free! read more

A couple of weeks out from a move, I requested quotes from several larger moving companies. Most of them never even got back to me, and the ones who did said they didn't have availability on my date. I called several more over the next week; no dice. Finally, with only 4 days left to go, I called Rafael with Reliable Movers and, lo and behold, he'd had an appointment get pushed out and he was free on my date: queue angels singing. Not only was he available, but Rafael was kind, reasonable, and a great mix of laid-back and professional over the phone. I immediately felt at ease in spite of how stressed out I was getting about the move. Reliable Movers does not own their own moving truck, and they quoted me two prices (both very reasonable): a higher one for if I wanted them to rent a truck and bring it with them, and a lower one for if I was going to rent my own. He told me that second option generally worked out to be cheaper, and even though I initially didn't want to go that route since I thought it'd be an extra hassle, I opted to rent my own. I knew I'd need a large one, though, and wasn't comfortable driving it. He told me that was no problem, he could meet me at the rental place and drive it for me: queue more angels. Rafael was super communicative leading up to the move. He and his partner, Floyd, met me on time at the rental place, and helped me navigate the ins & outs of all of the rental hassles that I'd wanted to avoid, making it way smoother. These two really nice guys were just as fast as the last 3-man team I'd hired, saving me a few hundred dollars. The move went off without a hitch: nothing was lost or broken, no damage to walls or doors, no stress. Thanks, Rafael and Floyd! You saved my sanity. read more

This is our second time working with Rafael and his partner. They were even faster than the first time and friendly as always. They take care of your belongings and make sure you get everything moved. 10/5 stars. read more

We needed to move from a storage unit to a new house and decided to give Reliable Movers a try since their quote is significantly lower than anyone else. Aftera brief discussion with Rafael, he estimated that it would take about 3 and a half hours for the move. The movers arrived promptly at the U-Haul pickup and were willing to drive the truck at no additional cost. While we didn't have a lot of furniture to move, we had several heavy pieces including glass furnitures and we had no issues moving them. They even helped assemble the furnitures. After assembly and returning the truck, they just went over the estimated time and was done in 4 hours. Overall, I was very happy with the move and will recommend them to others. read more

100 STARS!!! We 100% RECOMMENDED Reliable Movers! Rafael & William showed up early ready to help unload our Uhaul into our storage units. They were 100% exactly what we wanted & needed! Rafael the owner really cares about the customer & their belongings! Rafael & William were friendly, efficient, professional, on time (actually early), quick, careful with our belongings & got the job done in 1 1/2 hours! WE WERE & ARE SO THANKFUL & IMPRESSED! We'll be using them again this week to move our stuff from the storage units into our townhouse. Thank You to Rafael & William! read more

Just WOW! These guys were absolutely amazing. Rafael was attentive and promptly responded anytime I messaged him. He kept his word and called when he said he would call and did what he promised he would do. Floyd and Terrion where the two gentlemen that actually completed our move. They were timely, professional, and efficient. By the time it was all said and done, we had a few paint scrapes here and there, but considering the items they had to move and the fact that they moved our heaviest belongings to the second floor, I'll gladly take that. We definitely wouldn't have been able to get those items upstairs like they did. Not only that, they didn't bat an eye the entire time. I didn't see one eye roll, I didn't hear any exasperated breathing or complaining, and they didn't waste any time. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. If you're thinking about it, just do it! It's worth it. read more

Reliable Movers" is true to their name and have earned my business. Rafael and Floyd were awesome today. I needed help unloading my 20 foot Uhaul truck and they squared me away. Both gentlemen were extremely polite, professional, and thorough with their work. They carefully, yet swiftly unloaded the truck in no time. After unloading, they reassembled my furniture together and cleaned after themselves. They were very accommodating and even helped me hook up the auto transport trailer back to my Uhaul truck. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Thanks for the help. read more

We are currently doing a move and I had to stop and take a minute (or two) to leave this review. Rafael and his crew are amazing at what they do! You tell them what you need done and they're pretty much self sufficient. They take care of your belongings with care and their teamwork is very impressive. They can fill up and empty a 26' truck in no time. Except for us as we have a ton of things we've accumulated throughout the years. Anyway, this is our second major move and our third time using their service (we hired them two days in a row) and they are as they say... RELIABLE! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for some help! read more

Rafael and Lloyd were great. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Would highly recommend.

Rafael was prompt and professional in responding to my questions prior to the move. I opted for the service with truck since I didn't want to bother with renting my own truck. On move day (today), he and Floyd arrived at the promised time and went to work. Not only did they take great care in loading my things in and out, they were able to break down/assemble my queen headboard in no time. Total move time was three hours and his rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend Rafael for your moving needs. read more
