Steer clear of Ecoglass. They do very poor quality work and refuse to fix their mistakes. I had two…read moresliding shower door installed, one did not close all the way and was 3/4" above the tub, the other was very difficult to pull shut. When I called them back, I was treated rudely and the attempt to fix the leaking shower did not work. I ended up having to call another glass company in to fix the work that Ecoglass did. Seriously save yourself the headache and the expense and go elsewhere - I sure wish I had.

They put down drop cloths, used a shop vac when cutting or drilling to keep dust down. Made sure everything functioned properly and cleaned up after themselves. You can clearly see these guys take pride in their work and want to deliver a great customer experience. After 25 years in construction it's refreshing to see a crew who cares about their work. I talked to Roddy in sales in early December and he came up with a couple of different price quotes for me. I know standard colors would be cheaper but I really was set on my custom color so I asked him to NOT tell me what plain white or black or whatever would cost. Only to give me custom color quotes. I made the down payment in December. I received a custom color swatch in the mail... in January I think. Which I had to initial and send back. And the shutters were ready last week. We arranged for an install date on Friday. They look amazing!!! I had to be at work but my neighbors were messaging me about how amazing they looked while the install was happening. The custom color is great! The shutters are easy to operate and the storm bars look easy to install. The installers were respectful of my house and were fast! My only regret is not negotiating for a "Fight the Uglies" t-shirt when I placed my order. IYKYK

The quality of the doors I received did not meet expectations at all. The final product didn't match the inspiration picture that was provided. What was delivered looked nothing like what was promised, which is incredibly disappointing when you're trusting a company to bring your vision to life. What's even worse is their response after the fact. Getting any kind of meaningful support or resolution was like pulling teeth. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, as if customer satisfaction is not a concern at all. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. I asked for barn doors like the picture, except I wanted them to be white. The inspiration picture shows barn doors with vertical planks and a "K" shape across each panel.
