That property fell through, but fast forward a few months, and they just finished a HUGE renovation on one of my investment properties in Hammond. They did a full gut / reno on a grimy 3 bed / 2 bath single family house. One contractor told me the work would take 8 weeks, but these guys finished it in under 5 weeks! There are many wonderful things I could say about them, but a few things that set them apart from other contractors: Speed (they work fast) and Dedication (their team works 6-7 days / week and start their days as early as 6am. They have been on my project site for 21 hours on some days to finish their work). I feel many contractors have pretty good general knowledge, but no one is as fast and dedicated as these guys. There were so many moving parts to our project. Kelly helped with almost every facet of the project. Does Kelly Sutton have great taste? Probably. Sutton House looks really cool and that's her style. In my case, Sutton politely and smartly ignored most of my style (imagine dogs playing poker) and helped Shari V find hers. They are a good combination.
