We never had puddles before. We now have very large puddles, even after a light rain (see exhibit A); 2) I am not sure about the quality of their asphalt; I don't think I have ever seen plants push up through newly poured asphalt; maybe if there were crack but a brand new driveway (see exhibit B); 3) They actually paved around a stump, which I alerted them to the fact shortly after they finished paving but to no avail. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

They paved the main road in our neighborhood, and they went above and beyond for us. For the first time in 23 years, my wife accidentally took my car keys with her to work. That meant my truck couldn't be moved out of the way as they paved our street. They needed to connect the road to my driveway, and my truck was completely in their way. I figured I would just have a gap there from now on. But they came back the next day to touch up things, and I asked if they could touch up our driveway connection. Everything was put in writing via texts. I had only spoken with the secretary in the course of 2 months. But when I called to complain, the told me that they came to pick it up early because they needed to rent it to someone else! Double billing! The owner later called and tried to claim that I had called him directly and asked for a change of pick-up dates which was a insane complete lie. Owner even tried to claim that my Forman said it was ok to remove the dumpster. Again, a complete bald faced lie. 3. The website claims that they offer discounts for good, working used plumbing fixtures, mechanicals like refrigerators and clean wood for recycling. Complete lie! They claimed they did not know what the website claimed and would not honor any company policy posted on their website. Completely unprofessional and lies. Exhausting!

Been going to Ferris Mulch for many years to drop off leaves and weeds in my pickup. I'm not in…read moreDanbury so I pay to bring the leaves here. I'm very diligent in making sure I don't mix twigs or branches in the leaf piles and that there is no plastic or garbage mixed in. I have the same workers year after year loading the truck that know to keep free from debris. Well last week I had to unload myself, which I never do as I'm 66 years old, however my workers were unavailable and I needed the truck emptied. While unloading the weeds, mixed with dirt, a Ferris Mulch worker, in his mid forties, came over as I was unloading and found a very small piece of fabric. I said I'm sorry I will sift through and make sure no fabric gets by. Instead of acknowledging my apology he rudely said that's not good enough. He stood there and watched me sift through and before I was even done said started to criticize my efforts. Mind you I'm a senior citizen, probably 20 years his senior. I get the issue, but maybe be a bit more understanding that it was an honest mistake that I was taking full responsibility for and attempting to correct being nothing but sincere and apologetic. There was no need to be rude about it, no matter who, but especially an elder. Where are the days when elders were treated with respect. I would have went to the office to make note of it, however I was to exhausted and over heated to do so at the time. There is a respectful way to address people especially when they are being respectful to you and this Ferris Mulch worker was very disrespectful. Maybe he talks to his kids that way, but he shouldn't talked to customers that way. Which maybe they are forgetting I am a customer and they make money off of what customers bring to them. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! I must say they are experts at what they do, their skills were amazing, a show for anyone watching! Maybe next time we sell tickets to watch their amazing show!! Lol Thank you guys!
