Everything was put in writing via texts. I had only spoken with the secretary in the course of 2 months. But when I called to complain, the told me that they came to pick it up early because they needed to rent it to someone else! Double billing! The owner later called and tried to claim that I had called him directly and asked for a change of pick-up dates which was a insane complete lie. Owner even tried to claim that my Forman said it was ok to remove the dumpster. Again, a complete bald faced lie. 3. The website claims that they offer discounts for good, working used plumbing fixtures, mechanicals like refrigerators and clean wood for recycling. Complete lie! They claimed they did not know what the website claimed and would not honor any company policy posted on their website. Completely unprofessional and lies. Exhausting!

I hired this landscaping company, hoping for a professional and hassle-free experience, but…read moreunfortunately, it was anything but that. From the start, communication was spotty -- I had to constantly follow up and send pictures of the work done, just to hear excuses and never fix the issues. The work was always rushed and unprepared. The work was disappointing: the lawn was unevenly cut, plants were poorly placed without clear planning, and several areas were left unfinished. To make matters worse, they left behind a mess -- tools, debris, and trash were scattered across the yard. Further, I hired them to plant several trees on my property, trusting their expertise to do the job right. Unfortunately, 9 out of 9 trees they planted have since died, about $2.5K worth of trees and labor. It became clear fairly quickly that the trees weren't planted properly. Some were too shallow, others were placed in poor drainage areas, and none were staked or mulched correctly. When I raised my concerns, I was met with vague excuses and a complete lack of accountability. When I asked for a resolution and was holding the payment till he addressed the issue, he reacted poorly and threatened to come to my house and speak negatively about me to my neighbors and the new landscaper I hired. I was concerned for my family's and property's safety, and ended up paying him for the dead trees. I haven't received any replacement or refund. He didn't even offer to stop by to see the dead trees. I've since had to bring in another professional to assess and redo the work, which has been costly and frustrating. I would not recommend this company.
