On May 18th, I made the mistake of hiring Giglio Landscaping for a spring cleaning job at my home. I was appalled by their unprofessionalism and complete disregard for the agreed-upon services. Despite the estimate clearly stating that they would deweed, prune, mulch, edge, and dispose of all debris off-site, the workers had the audacity to dump branches and debris behind a stone wall on my property. They even had the nerve to dump leaves in an unmanaged area, filled with thorn bushes, shrubs, and trees. It's obvious that this company was more interested in cutting corners and saving themselves money than providing quality service.
When I reached out to the office to complain about the terrible job they had done, I was met with empty apologies and false promises. They eventually sent someone to pick up the hidden debris, but conveniently forgot to prune the bushes as indicated on the quote. It's clear that they couldn't care less about meeting customer expectations or providing a satisfactory service.
After enduring endless frustration and disappointment, I decided I had had enough of this company's incompetence. I didn't even want them to finish the job they had started because I had lost all faith in their ability to do anything right. All I wanted at that point was a credit so I could sever ties with them once and for all. However, despite numerous attempts to contact their office, speak to their manager, and request my credit, I have been met with nothing but empty promises and delays. It's been over a month since my initial complaint, and to this day, I have not received the credit I was promised.
I strongly advise against hiring Giglio Landscaping. They are a disgraceful company that lacks professionalism, integrity, and basic customer service skills. I can't say for certain if there's new management or if this level of incompetence is a recent development, but what I do know is that this is not the company I once trusted. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment by looking elsewhere for your landscaping needs. read more
