My house in BURBANK CA
Shelley H.

Oh my you won't find a better company to help you. My experienc started with Cynthia in the office . What a wonderfully helpful compassionate person. I have serious medical restrictions and she was so amazing to make sure the whole team work with my restrictions. When they showed up during this Pandemic, they were all geared up, kept their proper distance and their manner and care inside my home was PERFECT. Then came th work...really efficient! The next day a raging storm came and I thought the water leak was due to their cutting into my roof. They came out the very next day. AND it wasn't!!!! They found the problem and went the extra mile to reseal the broken seal from a DIFFERENT work done. THEY didn't have to do that. BUT again Andre and his team were JUST SO WONDERFUL!!!! You will be so happy if you need them to work on your house.

Yellow light on adapter
Nana S.

I had service done with this company through the energy saving program through Edison they came out and installed the air conditioner unit. There wasn't anything wrong with my unit I just wanted to update the unit. However within 2 weeks their air conditioner that they installed was messing up not working. I gave two stars because besides no air the manager Guadalupe did call back so far she's been nice and sent the tech guys back to my home. When the tech guys came they flushed the system and were acting as if nothing was wrong I explained to them that it's not the unit it's the pipe and adapter they installed in the garage he then told me don't worry about that he doesn't know why the manufacturer made it. Umm the adapter is a key part in letting you know if it's about to flood or malfunction. Air came on few days later same thing happens no air coming out vents and yellow light is on adapter called again they come out this time I ask them to change adapter and explained what it was doing. he wanted to disconnect it I ask him why would he do that he then told me it's a lot of complaints about that adapter. But at the same time telling me that it's true about the adapter letting you know. I told him no I just want it changed not disconnected and hopefully it will work. air started working well now a couple days later same issue but this time it's dripping water and solid yellow light on and no air. I left a message now waiting on the company to call me back this time I need a tech that knows and wants to do job this will have to be redone pipe, evaporator, and adapter. Hopefully this can be done correctly it's over 100 degrees. I will give an update on issue

After seeing the photos he asked for, he (rightly) recommended replacement, explaining the cost of just repairing versus replacement and the feasibility of each. He scheduled Daniel to come out on the 26th since the supplier was closed on the 25th. Daniel arrived in the stated time window, examined the old water heater to confirm the initial recommendation, and quickly replaced not only the old water heater, but also the connecting lines coming out of the water heater and sturdy new earthquake straps. We got instructions for restarting the pilot and annual draining for maintenance. They use high quality brands like Bradford White that has a 6-year limited warranty from the supplier and their own 2-year warranty on labor. The cost was what we expected for this type of major appliance expense. Of course not cheap, but reasonable for this level of quality and excellent service. I highly recommend All Pro Water Heaters!

I called several companies to assess the issue and one company told me I needed to re-plumb the entire house. After I deduced that it was a water heater issue, I started to get ridiculous quotes from some companies. I came across All Pro Water Heaters and was impressed by their reviews. I immediately wanted them to be the people to replace my water heater. I was able to reach Parker on Yelp and he gave me a reasonable quote. He also asked me to take pictures of the current water heater so he knows what they're working with. By looking at my pictures he pointed out some of the things that they might need for the installation so there was full transparency. I informed him that we think it is just the water heater that needs to be replaced but want someone to confirm there isn't anything else wrong and he assured that's something they'll verify. He was able to send someone the same day. The technician, Danny, informed me of his arrival time when he was 30 minutes away. When Danny was done with the water heater replacement, he provided necessary information to my tenant, then he called me to brief me on the completion of the install. My tenant complimented Danny for his professionalism and said he wants to use this company for any future needs. I was thoroughly satisfied with Parker and Danny. They were extremely communicative, professional, and quick to resolve the issue. I was extremely stressed from my tenant not having hot water and All Pro's honesty and ethical approach alleviated my concerns. I will be recommending All Pro to people I know!
