DO NOT SIGN YOUR CHILD UP WITH TOP DRIVER!!! Listen to everyone else that is talking about their…read morescheduling! I was just told via customer service that on top on the $500 I spent already, I have to give another $150 to extend the driving lesson portion for my son because of a faulty system they have on their end! You literally have ONE day a month (second tuesday) at EXACTLY NOON to schedule your child's driving lessons.. DONT BE LATE! If you log in at 12:05 you will have nothing available to sign up! I was told via customer service that there is nothing in the 6 surrounding towns available until JANUARY!!!! She said to call literally EVERYDAY to see if there was a cancellation open... EVERYDAY!!!! And they cannot get their license until they complete their lessons which mind you.... you are only allowed to schedule two 30min lessons a month... they need 6 hours total so it will literally take 6 months for them to complete their lessons!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Spare yourself all the money you'll spend along with the hassle and choose a different driving school. I never care to write negative reviews unless it is to warn other people and Top Driver is a rip off so I would highly advise against using them.

Ms. Sabrina was incredibly disrespectful to me when I took the driving lessons. I had her for 7/10…read morelessons I had, and each one, I felt immensely under pressure, and every move I made was critiqued even if it was correct. she often tapped the break when I was driving fine, when I asked what was wrong, she just said I messed something up without actually telling me my mistake. all of the other instructors I had were great and incredibly informativ, except her. One of my friends recently took a driving test there with her to finally get her license she has been waiting for, for so long. but she failed her because she was barely over a yellow line when turning at an intersection. This was her only mistake. You better hope you do not receive her as a driving instructor. 2 of my other friends also had her a hefty amount, ans have horror stories of how much of a jerk she was.

Additionally, you will need to pay more money to reinstate your agreement when you are unable to complete all required sessions within the time period.
