Everything (grades, forms, scheduling, etc) was all online and easy to do. Overall, was very happy.

Kiran was extremely flexible and patient with them in working in their behind the wheel appointments and helping them on areas of improvement. We are so thankful to have Kiran for both of my boys for their behind the wheel instructor. Kiran prepared both of my boys very well to be new drivers. No lessons were taken, no services were provided, and they still kept the entire $600. Please be very careful with this company. If something happens and you are unable to continue with the lessons, you may not be able to get your money back, even if you never received any lessons. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and their customer service.

He clearly communicated that he was not comfortable taking the road test yet and only wanted classes. Instead of listening to that, their response pushed him toward scheduling the road test anyway and encouraged him to purchase additional lessons. It felt more like a sales push than actually helping the student. My brother is autistic, and driving situations can already be stressful for him. He tried to explain that he wasn't ready and just wanted more practice, but that didn't seem to be taken into consideration. We asked for a refund for the road test fee since the service was never performed and was never even scheduled, but they refused and cited a strict "no refund" policy. It's disappointing to see a company refuse to refund an unused service instead of working with the student.

LEO was firm with his lessons and he talked to my twins with respect. All other classroom and driving instructors were rude to both parents and students. LEO offered my twins useful tips, tricks, and stories that helped them enjoy their driving experience. If all instructors were like LEO I would give Excel 5 stars.

His primary focus is improving the student's road skills; everything else comes second! He provides really good guidelines about the road rules of Illinois. He would also make us feel comfortable by talking about his learning experience. The USP of this driving school is that, unlike other driving schools, Imran is focused on ensuring his students become excellent, efficient, smart and defensive drivers, no matter what their current level of expertise in driving is! He identifies the areas of improvement and the mindset shift that is needed and gives us more practice in those areas. For example, I am used to the driving attitude from a different country. Despite my age (44) I had never driven before, had never even been interested in it honestly, but booked a block of 6 lessons and was taken from the raw beginnings to driving safely on the highway. The staff were excellent, polite, easy going, knowledgeable and fun so the lessons never seemed like a drag or a chore. I was given hints and tips to help me pass at every stage and couldn't be happier with the education they gave me. Customer service was perfect - one time I had to postpone a lesson and it was rescheduled with no hassle and another time they had to reschedule by 30 mins but phoned to let me know in plenty of time in case I wanted to reschedule if the new time didn't suit.
