His primary focus is improving the student's road skills; everything else comes second! He provides really good guidelines about the road rules of Illinois. He would also make us feel comfortable by talking about his learning experience. The USP of this driving school is that, unlike other driving schools, Imran is focused on ensuring his students become excellent, efficient, smart and defensive drivers, no matter what their current level of expertise in driving is! He identifies the areas of improvement and the mindset shift that is needed and gives us more practice in those areas. For example, I am used to the driving attitude from a different country. I had to unlearn those guidelines and shift my mindset to tune to the driving attitude of Illinois. I am really glad I learned driving from Imran sir! Kudos to his efforts and sincerity!!

I was just told via customer service that on top on the $500 I spent already, I have to give another $150 to extend the driving lesson portion for my son because of a faulty system they have on their end! You literally have ONE day a month (second tuesday) at EXACTLY NOON to schedule your child's driving lessons.. DONT BE LATE! If you log in at 12:05 you will have nothing available to sign up! I was told via customer service that there is nothing in the 6 surrounding towns available until JANUARY!!!! She said to call literally EVERYDAY to see if there was a cancellation open... EVERYDAY!!!! And they cannot get their license until they complete their lessons which mind you.... you are only allowed to schedule two 30min lessons a month... they need 6 hours total so it will literally take 6 months for them to complete their lessons!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! Spare yourself all the money you'll spend along with the hassle and choose a different driving school. I never care to write negative reviews unless it is to warn other people and Top Driver is a rip off so I would highly advise against using them.

When I later caught up to the car I noticed only one person in the vehicle. If this is how the owner or instructor drives, this is the last person to teach children how to drive safely. I got a few hand gestures from the driver and when I called the number on the vehicle sign it was answered by a man that was driving a car - the background noise was obvious. The same person who was driving unsafe earlier was now operating a phone while driving. I had reached my destination and called from a parked car.
