It's been a while since I've been into White Knuckle, but I bought a new Kawasaki ZX-14R from them…read moreand was very happy with the entire process. They made sure to answer all my questions, allowed me to test drive the exact bike I was considering buying (not a demo), and were really competitively priced compared to other places I was considering shopping. In fact, it came down to this bike, or another at a dealer in Draper, and that dealer wouldn't even return my calls, even though I was ready to make a purchase and had money in-hand. The people at White Knuckle were the total opposite. Great experience all around. While they were doing a final mechanical check of my bike before handing it over to me, they let me take out other vehicles, such as their Teryxs, just so I could play around a little and keep from getting bored! ;-) It was an all-around good experience. Would definitely shop here again.

We live in a time where good service is in extreme scarcity. Fortunately, my first experience with…read moreOSH Cut does not embody these times. Their website is very good and allowed me to upload my designs and easily specify where I needed holes tapped. Any warnings or blockers were well communicated and this allowed me to get exactly what I needed. Parts arrived quickly and were cut and bent exactly as specified. One of the two brackets I received had minor rough edges (which I didn't pay for deburring) and the other was perfect. Here is where I must note that I only ordered one of these. They sent me two. And this is a theme. I ordered 1x of another part, which also came out perfect, and got 3x. 6x of the final part I ordered and I got 7x. Keep in mind these were all small parts, but OSH Cut did NOT need to send me extras. If it's part of their process to cut extras in case something goes wrong, they could have easily recycled the extras and pocketed the scrap cost. But no, they sent them to me. If I ever need them, I have them. For free. I am also very happy that my designs turned out perfectly the first time, but had they not, that wouldn't have been on OSH Cut. They followed the designs to a tee. So yeah, I'm very happy and I will not hesitate to work with OSH Cut again should I need metal parts fabricated. I highly recommend them!
