In the ad she specifically states, "They (the arch supports) were personally fitted just for me." Then the narrator goes on to say, "personalized arch support fitting". These words imply that the insoles/inserts were specifically made for me. They are not. They are premade hard plastic inserts and foam toppers that come in a variety of prices. The inserts/insoles actually made my feet hurt worse. When I went back to my foot surgeon and showed him what I purchased, he told me that they were the cause of the additional foot pain that I was experiencing. He told me to stop using the inserts and sent me to therapy. Therapy provided me with stretching exercises. I do them everyday. Foot feels tons better and I just wasted good money on hard plastic stuff. Maybe my dogs would like them as chew toys.

Outstanding customer service from the employees and Dicks actually had sporting equipment that we actually use. It addition to this, they had a really good selection of fishing equipment to choose from which is always a plus for me! Dicks also had a good selection of darts, flights, boards and accessories for me and my wife to choose from.
