With IND being my home Airport I have been dismayed over the years that the shops have only been engaging or enjoyable to browse when the holiday merchandise of "A Christmas Story" comes through...Not anymore!!! ink by Hudson is a very welcome addition to not just the airport, but my new flight routine! Not anticipating a fun new store, ink was an exciting discovery today! There is a wide selection of books and a variety of Knick knacks and gift items that bring the store closer to what I see (and shop within) in larger airports I frequent like Boston, Charlotte, or LaGuardia! I was pleased to find markup minimal and on some items non existent, a rarity in airports these days. I politely asked her if she can help me locate where that Spanish books where and first of all she just points to where I should go check. Second i asked her a question about if she knew what kind of Spanish books they had and she looked at me like I was stupid and said "I don't even know what you're trying to tell me or ask me" I just apologized and walked away and tried my best too look for the books I was looking for. She was extremely rude! I don't know how Barnes and Noble hires people with this attitude! It was truly a disgusting experience!

All of the authors are alphabetized but only a few sections, like Science Fiction and Mystery, had shelves with letter markers to help guide you. The Romance section did not have this feature. I browsed and shopped for quite awhile. I checked out the Science Fiction and Mystery sections for a long time. I perused the Wii, Wii U, PS2 & PS4 games too. I pretty much walked through the whole store and every section. The Historical section was interesting. They must have bought somebody's old Playboy collection because they were selling them as collector's items with each issue individually sleeved in plastic. But I did not find anything to buy this time; doesn't mean I won't be back because I will come back again.

The Star won't tell me who the carrier or district manager is, so I have to go through their customer service, which may as well be non-existent. Last time I called, I asked about a refund but they said they don't give refunds, and say I can always go on-line to view the paper. All they can offer is to "extend my subscription" but they continue to charge my card monthly for home delivery in addition to online access. The Star used to be a great newspaper but since they sold out to Gannett it's just a shell of what it used to be. Try getting sports results from later than 4 PM the previous day. They have dropped all the political columnists they used to have. Guess they don't want to offend anyone. I could write for another hour but I'm getting tired....

Four months have passed and it still has not been corrected I am owed $60 and doubt I will ever see it. No wonder print media is dying in this country.
