For the price - this was great. I will be back. I was very nervous to give this a try. I typically book massages in advance at a Spa, but was having a spontaneous "treat myself" day and didn't have time to make an appointment but desperately wanted a back/fully body massage. I walked in and the atmosphere was decent, nothing breathtaking or fancy, but there was a trickling fountain and things looked clean. There was a menu with options and form to fill out with your preferences. I chose a combination massage. She took me back for the body massage first, in a section of the "covered area" it was not private. She Asked me to place my belongings in a small bin that was kept under the table. I laid on the bed fully dressed and she placed bath sheets over me. The massage was great (included back, legs, neck, and scalp). Then she took me to the foot massage area. First she soaked my feet for a few minutes then massaged my feet and legs. There was a television on but I wish it had been something other than marine documentary. I agree there really wasn't any reflexology work but for $45 it was well worth it and I would go back. read more

I've been going here for a couple years now and it used to be great. I would go every couple weeks for a 60 minute full body massage. The last few times I've gone I've left disappointed for a number of reasons. I'll just make a list. 1. You walk in and your hit with a repulsive smell. Not sure if it's rotten food, a backed up sewer system, unclean. . . But it smells awful. 2. On the intake sheet of paper there is a place you can let them know what pressure you'd like. I have put #1 down all the way to # 7. It doesn't matter what you put they are going to do it really hard and use there elbows and repeatedly jab them into your bones and muscles. They are going to dig and dig until you are left feeling bruised. I had a "massage" yesterday and I woke up today so sore that I had my husband look for bruising. The man that did my massage kept telling me to relax and I kept telling him I can't because he was hurting me. I can't relax when he's jabbing his elbow into my back. This leads me into my next disappointment. 3. The language barrier. I repeatedly asked him to be more gentle, to do it softer and he would just repeat the word and shake his head and then continue painfully jabbing my back. Working with the public I believe there should be someone there that can help with the language barrier, to be able to talk to and meet the customers needs. I just continued the massage and kept telling myself it was almost over. I didn't want to just get up and walk out, so I finished and just won't be going back. 4. The loud talking between employees was also bothersome. I get massages to relax and unwind and when there are people talking very loudly and swapping who's giving me my massage and what not it's not super relaxing. Overall, you are getting what you paid for when you come here. Not very well trained people giving their idea of a massage. There is no reflexology involved. Just a lot of elbow pushing and finger jabbing that makes me tense up and defeat the whole purpose of a massage. read more

I have been to a LOT of massage places. I haven't reviewed any of them. I am writing this review because I couldn't recommend this place enough and I want them to stay in business! If you haven't been to one of the "quickie" type massage places, this review won't be as helpful for you. If you have, here's why this place is so great: It's easy to find, parking is close by, and they are super friendly and engaging the second you walk in. There's a sign in where you include your name, what type of massage you want (full body, feet, etc) and the time you'd like to be massaged. They also ask how hard and how fast on this sheet. Once I filled this out, I was immediately paired with someone who took me to my bed. I selected a full body massage. They do have the seated chairs for other types of massages. There were no "special" or private rooms for you to awkwardly undress in. Everything is out in the open, though they do sort of section them off and create some spaces to help with privacy and comfort. They have nice music playing and water features as well so you don't hear anything else going on. The meds are comfortable, the place is clean, they wear gloves, and the massage was amazing. $45 for an hour full body!!! I will 100% be back and likely often. read more

Amazing! Always easy to get in and I walk out feeling great! Just a warning though, this is NOT a oil massage. You will keep all your clothing on. I usually go in my leggings and a T-shirt with a sports bra so that my clothing doesn't get wrinkled or start to bunch up. When you walk in your will be escorted quietly to a table. It's not totally private but it is your own space. Once you lay on the table towels will be placed over your whole body and they get started. First time I came the guy did an excellent job, and even though it's 24 minutes from my home I was willing to make the drive. The second time I came was one of the worst massages I've ever had. The young guy seemed lost and kept doing awkward circular motions at random spaces. Didn't get to any of the problem areas. Didn't seem to understand that deep/firm doesn't apply the same to all areas of the body, and also put pressure on bone. If that had been my first time, I would not return. read more

Am a regular here, and always leave relaxed & with all my knots gone. The massage therapists are very thorough, and the massage leans towards deep tissue. I will say that rarely, I leave a little sore, where the pressure was a little too strong. Just be sure to vocalize if the pressure is too much - each masseuse I have had has checked in with me periodically throughout the massage. PSA not to expect a 'spa' like treatment where you get the massage unclothed, have oil and hot stones placed on you, and have someone rub your back slowly. It's a very no frills massage, but the best hour massage you'll get for 45$. I praise not only the price point, but that they actually use pressure. read more

The manager, Jenny, immediately picked up and approved my appointment and sent me their locations via text messaging. I chose the Bellevue location because that's where I was. I found it easily, it's across the Crossroads mall. Upon entry, Jenny ushered me into the large massage room and delivered the most awesome and intense back massage ever. I cam in a broken with back ache and stiffness. She loosened me up immensely. For $39, it was awesome. I was so grateful I gave her a 53% tip! She gave me a $5 off coupon for my next visit. BUMMER - Gone downhill ! I've been here maybe 10 times, but something has changed in the last 6 months (about 4 visits). The YELLING is a big no-no. The boss seems to move his people around while they are in the middle of a massage and you can tell they aren't happy about it. I'm not sure of the language, but it boarders on them literally screaming, in what used to be a very relaxing place. They have stations where the female masseuse will walk on your back, that's great. They ask your pressure, but rarely read it or follow that guidance. I'm guessing they will be out of business soon, and it won't be due to Covid. The owner needs to quit messing with the employees compensation and learn to whisper in the "relaxing station". read more

I'm a frequent flier of these foot massage places so it was nice to see one pop up in the Bothell area. The usual as far as the type of massage and prices. The place is also clean and has plenty of parking on the street and some dedicated stalls in a small lot next to the building. Differences from the usual places? 1. Walk in is best. They have a dashboard that tells you when the next person will be available. You wait on a couch until your turn. (I've never waited more than 20 min). 2. When you walk in, you sign in. You should check the boxes on the type and duration of your massage. The real game changer? You get to pick the intensity! LOVE that. 3. Not sure I love this: if you get the back/foot combo, you get your back massage on a regular table and then halfway thru, you move over to a chair for the foot soak/massage. I found it a little distracting and not as relaxing as other places where you just flip over. But all in all, a solid, convenient foot massage place! read more
