They get the knots out. I love this place, strong hands and great prices. It's in a great location and there's usually no need for an appt.

I have been coming here for 10 years and have never been disappointed. I always get an appointment within minutes of calling and always leave feeling healed and relaxed. Rocky is my usual therapist. If you want deep tissue massage, I highly recommend him. read more

I visited with short notice. Lucy was the first available therapist and I could tell she was a trained and experienced. So many places in this price point try to break your back with their elbows, but Lucy mostly used her hands. In addition, some places you can smell sweat in the massage table face hole, but the sheet and head rest smelled very clean. I will definitely be back. read more

I have never been to a reflexology massage place before. I have only had massages for physical therapy at my chiropractors office. So I wasn't sure what to expect. This place was referred by a coworker and I'm happy I went. I was pleasantly surprised how clean it was. I walked in with no appointment around 10am and I was seen right away. I requested Yan based on the recommendation of my coworker and she was great! She is very soft spoken and the place was very quiet. She applied just the right amount of pressure. Again I was surprised because she is so petite but really knew the pressure points. I paid $35 for 30 minutes, just a little bummed because I had to leave before the appointment was over to get to another appointment I had. She was very kind and understood. I missed out on the hot stones this time. I will be back soon and will plan my time better :) read more

This is my go to whenever I need a massage. The pricing is reasonable. The staff take their time and don't over book. Everyone is friendly from when you check in to when you check out. They have staff preference so you just need to let them know what you feel comfortable with you. I usually request for a female and there has never been a problem. The environment is very soothing. They okay relaxing music that you'll likely fall asleep to while getting your massage. read more

I got the best massage here out of all the massage places I have been in California. Linda and Cindy is the best.

I have been going to this particular location for 10+ years. I have been seeing the same masseuse, Lisa for most of that time. if I ever can't get her, the other masseuse are just as good. I just prefer her. The service is always great. People are polite and the environment inside is so relaxing. It's amazing how they always seem to know where your body needs the most work. read more

I did the special and it was wonderful. I didn't want it to end. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Phenomenal massage place. My wife has been coming to Rocky for 10 years followed him to multiple businesses. Every person I have had a massage from here has been phenomenal. Everyone is very polite and accommodating, they do not speak amongst themselves, disturbing during massage like we have experienced elsewhere. Very happy and highly recommend. Sitting waiting for them to open, long over due review read more

I am a sucker for a good foot message therefore I would try different massage parlor to find one that provides the best of the best. I figured that I'll try this place out based on the recent 4-5 star reviews. I called to ask if there was a wait, the staff said no and that I can come in right now. I was greeted upon entering and I decided to chose the foot + body massage 60 min combo for $35. I told her that I only wanted 60 mins calves and foot massage. She then walked me to the open station where other customers were getting their massage as well. The woman that did my massage was great. She hit the pressure points I wanted on my feet and slightly massaged my calves at the pressure level I desire without me correcting her. The other masseuse were talking loud for a setting that's supposed to be calming and relaxing. That was extremely distracting because I wasn't trying to hear loud conversations and banging noises while my eyes are closed and my state of mind was in a chill mode. Now this is where the 2 star rating comes along. I know masseuse/masseur earn most of their income through tips. Mind you, I ALWAYS tip for my services without asking. The moment my massage was completed, I got up to put my shoes on and straighten up my clothes. My masseuse handed me a cup of water, which I declined nicely and then she forcefully gave me a mini black folder (where you tip). She gave me the look like, you better tip me or else, type of appearance. Although I was already planning to give her the tip once I gather myself together and wanted to meet her at the front where I can see and dig into my purse for cash, I had to reach into my purse where I could barely see due to the dim lights and hand over her the tips. I didn't even take a step after giving her the tips and she proceeded to checked inside the black folder to see the amount I tipped her. Like come on, really? Don't be rude. I didn't even get a "thank you" for the tip. The funny thing is, two masseuses were actually gossiping about the customers they were massaging and I understand Mandarin as I am half Chinese. I may not look Chinese and me speaking Mandarin and Cantonese usually throws people off, but when I said "thank you" in Mandarin to my masseuse.. let's just say she was shocked. read more

After a stressful and busy month, I decided to treat myself to a massage. My friend wanted to come to, so I called them on the day of and was able to make an appointment within the hour. We arrived around 11:30am and were greeted by the worker at the door. She asked us what service we wanted (even though I told her on the phone) and had us pay right then and there. I thought that was a bit strange. We both went with the 60 min Foot & Body Massage ($30). There was a Yelp check-in offer which would make it $23. However, she said this offer was outdated. Since the price was just raised from $25 to $30, she would only be able to give me a $2 discount. But to be honest, I can't imagine it being difficult to update a check-in offer via Yelp. Anyway, the total ended up being $28. She asked if I wanted to add tip but I hadn't even received the service yet. So how exactly am I supposed to know how much to tip? Luckily, my friend had cash with her so we didn't need to blindly give a tip. My masseuse was Tom and honestly, he did a great job! Before heading in, I told the worker out front that I wanted a Level 2 Intensity which is Medium Level. However, based on how tense and tight I was, he was able to find and focus on this areas a lot more than other areas, which I appreciated. All in all, the massage here was good but I was turned off by the fact that they seem to focused on getting the money even before providing the service. read more

When I can't make it to Massage Heights, this location will do. Definitely call ahead if you can to request certain therapists or at least male/female or strength preferences. I stick to the basic Foot and Body Massage for $25 ($23 with Yelp check-in) which is typically 60 minutes. Have been to reflexology places like this (other branches on Stockton Blvd, Elk Grove Blvd) and similar so not fazed by the open room setup, chairs/tables in a row. Relaxing music playing, dim lights. This is a fully clothed session, with towels, lotion/oils, foot soak, front and back. I frequented this spot after a car accident/soft tissue injury a few years ago and hadn't written a review! Most recent visit I got Charles. He was able to quickly determine my trouble spots, mostly tension in the neck and shoulders, which gets more focus during the last segment after the usual order of things. When I run, sometimes it's more of the legs and lower back that need the most work. They start with a face-up head/face massage, arms/hands, feet/legs, then face-down for the rest of the time. I recommend wearing something sleeveless or loose to allow access to the shoulders, and shorts or bottoms you can roll up to accommodate for the foot soak bucket. Hot tea or cold water at the end, cash tips can be given directly or at the front counter. The only bad thing I can think of at this location is the proximity to the railroad tracks so you do get the trains passing by. Sometimes the therapists are hit or miss but if you find a good one, book ahead. read more

I loved the fact that this place stays open late! Their prices are fair. My experience was great.... Until the last maybe 15-20 minutes of my massage the fire alarm was going off and I'm almost positive I smelled smoke. But the lady kept on rubbing me. I just started praying and trying to remember where I put my bra and shoes in case I needed to run! I will revisit this place. read more

I go to this location at least once every month or so. Charles is the ABSOLUTE BEST. Over the years he has learned all my pressure points and I leave every single time feeling 1000% better then when I arrived. This location is very clean and quiet. I prefer the private room however they also have a common area that's a little cheaper. Either way Charles always gets the job done. I would highly recommend this location and make sure you book with Charles! read more

I did the Swedish/deep tissue massage for 30 mins and all I can say is WOW. I've been having back pain for so long and this helped relieve so much of it, highly recommend. The only thing is they go off massaging really hard, I had to keep telling her lighter. But after about 5 mins it was the perfect pressure. read more

Relaxation Day Spa - Massage Therapy Near Me - Elk Grove, California

Foot & Body Reflexology 3 is one of many suburban massage facilities throughout Sacramento. This location serves the eastern Elk Grove area in a large strip mall near Bond and Elk Grove-Florin. The interior is large and clean with a nice relaxing feel. They perform a mostly full body massage while keeping your clothes on. The prices are a great value for nice bodywork, but the open room and background noise are not nearly as relaxing as a private room. Overall, I received a decent massage from the folks at Foot & Body Reflexology 3, but it wasn't enough to change my loyalty. I am glad lower price options are available to everyone who needs a massage, but I prefer a more relaxing setting with more options. read more

Relaxation Day Spa - Waiting Room - Massage Therapy Near Me - Elk Grove, California

Came here to relax before my wedding . Our massage therapist took the time to ruin how good of an experience it had been so far and disturb other people's massages stating 10$ wasn't enough of a tip . I've gone to the other locations and never in my life have experienced such disrespect in front of people . They don't know peoples financial standing to just be so ungrateful and embarrassing in front of other customers. I'm really sad about this experience, I really hope management does something about it . read more

Absolutely the most relaxing massage. I have been coming here for years and cannot name a time that I didn't walk out feeling better than when I walked in. Very accommodating-especially for us large guys. Stop by and tell them James sent you. Ask for Paul or Maggie. read more

I bring my son here to get his feet massaged when his USATF season is in full swing. They soak your feet, massage your head and neck and then do a thorough foot massage that has you ready to run! Decided to try one for myself today! Awesome! I was amazed at the value. I feel very relaxed (did I snore?!) now and my back spasms stopped!! Do give them a try. Their hours accommodate everyone's schedule. read more

THEY HAVE BED BUGS I've been to this location a couple of times and never had a problem until I booked a private room massage upon arrival and getting into the ROME the massage therapist were one woman and one man they were unbelievably rude the entire time they never stop talking and laughing during our massage they kept walking out of the room taking away minutes that we actually paid for we paid for 2 80 minute massages of course we did not tip them when we left and then I noticed I had about 10 to 12 bites between my thighs and all up the side of my back I felt disgusted and I have not been to any massage Poler since they literally have traumatized me and I felt disgusted please do not visit this location read more

Terrible. They push down on your stomach and back the whole time. And in the end I gave all my cash to them for tip. Apparently it was an uneven number for the 2 ladies we had. One lady kept screaming "give me one more dollar" I'm assuming so it could be an even split.. its terrible how they push for their tips kind of uncomfortable. read more

I've come here for years for the foot & body massage! Pricing is awesome and I always get a great massage! Once, I felt myself drift and woke up when I heard myself snore! Lol So they obviously are doing a wonderful job! Will definitely keep coming here! read more

We have been pass this place numerous times and finally decided to give it a try. The receptionist was very nice abc welcoming. The place has a nice clean smell and is kept very clean. We will definitely be returning. read more

Came here for a couple's massage. I got a male masseuse who was massaging while he was clearly sick. by the time he came in to the room my face was already in the bed so I assume he had a mask on. He continued to massage me, periodically stopping to step out of the room and sneeze or hock up Snot he was also coughing while he was rubbing my back and sniffling his nose the entire time. About 45 minutes into the massage I turned around for him to do the front part of my body and this man was not wearing mask. I was disgusted. Another thing I do not like about these reflexology locations is they force a tip. they ask if you want to take money out for tip before service and tell you what they are going to charge your card making it awkward to not say yes and once you're done with the service they rush to put the tip into their clipboard and the masseuses follow you out to the front lobby to make sure you put place to Tip. they feel very obligated for tip. read more

This place is AWESOME. First. They honored my 2 years old gift card, accommodated my limited time frame and my experience was amazing!!! Will defiantly return. read more

March 23, 2019 - If I could give a "no star" I would! I came here last Sunday (3/17) and their prices were $25.00. I came here today and they raised their prices to $30.00. Said, it has been like that all month. I explained that 3 of us paid $25 each and the receptionist gal (asian gal, long hair, wore a pink sweater) laughed and said no way! That's not true! It hasn't been like that all month. She thought I was lying. I then told her about the check-in on Yelp for $22.99 and she said she couldn't honor that!Honestly, you couldn't honor that even it's your promo posted on Yelp? It's posted on your ad. False advertisement! We told her to call her manager and while the receptionist was on the phone she started to get loud and laugh (in her language). Hung up and said the manager said NO, can't honor it! Wow! false advertisement! Horrible service! Manager didn't seem to care or wanted our money! We've been going to all the Foot & Body Reflexology's #1 and #3 (same owners)in Elk Grove since they opened many, many years ago since their prices were $19.99 then $25.00! Now that they raised their prices to $30.00, it takes away from the massage therapists tip and thats honestly sad! I always leave a good tip, never skimp the worker. For a price of $30/1 hour massages here, I rather go somewhere more professional, better customer service, and a much better massage! NEVER going back to any of their locations and YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER! Not worth the trip or the service. The owners are skimping their workers! *picture of their $22.99 Yelp ad that they wouldn't honor! Today is 3/25/19 and this ad is still not updated read more

Relaxation Day Spa - Massage Therapy Near Me - Elk Grove, California

Updated 3/25/18 Had Paul for the 2nd time today. His pressure is real good. More firm than most people I have seen. I will keep coming back to him. My current favorites are Yan, Paul and Rocky. Sister had Yan. She liked her too. _____________________________________________________ Updated 1/20/18 Yan is still good but she has been more rough the past 2 visits. Last time she hit my spine a few times with her elbow. Hope she doesn't get more and more consistently rough. If she does I may need to start shopping around for massage therapists again. Sister said Lucy dug in her bones and spine. There will be no more next time. Cousin loved Rocky. She started to snore during the massage. Other cousin loved Maggie as usual. I will just make sure to sit away from Maggie when I am with Yan. When they massage next to each other they talk too much during the massage. Updated 9/4/17 Rocky gave the best massage I've had in a while. He goes a bit harder than the women I see which I need and enjoy. Updated 5/7/17 Maggie had harder pressure, which would have been nice, but she was careless and even pushed her knuckles into my spine so hard I had to slap her hand away before she damaged my spinal column. In addition she talked 3 times to others around her and got up to do something during my massage and it wasn't related to my massage. I finally had to "shush" her and it was then she finally stopped talking. PS, a few massages ago I had to shush her when she was massaging my sister in law before she stopped talking then too. AND I bought a 1.5 hr massage. She stopped 5 minutes early. Updated 5/5/17 Mom in law liked Charles a lot. She said he's real good and she's gonna give him a big tip. Aunty liked Allen. She normally doesnt like anyone. Peter was too gentle for me. Updated 4/24/17 Yan is still my all time favorite. Everytime I see her for an hour I wish I seen her for 1.5 hr. Rocky is pretty good too. I fall asleep when I see him. Good sign. Updated 12/27/16 Today was my 3rd visit to see Yan and she's a keeper! She has a way of being gentle and firm in all the right places. She has a small frame, but surprises me with her strength in her pressure. I was trying to narrow down the places she massages best for this review, [i.e. back only or feet the most], but she really does the whole body pretty good! The last time time I came here I told myself to see her for 1.5 hrs, longer than the last time. She was booked right after me today so I was unable to do that. Note-to-self book with her a few days prior to get a longer slot. So glad I found her! May I suggest sitting in the middle of the room instead of the back or front. I have found sitting in the front is easier to hear the phone, conversations and the phone ring. The back is too close to the break room and the light that leads to the hall and the gulping water dispenser. The middle on the far wall is just right. And at 7pm there's very few people. That means less noise overall. At 8 it's almost a full house. Use yelp check in for a discount! $22 with check in discount, thats a few dollars off. Your welcome! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Updated 9/24/16-- I had Yen or is it Yan? Anyway she was pretty good. Great smooth rhythm and firm but gentle. Pressure between soft & medium. If you want deep or hard I don't think this is your gal. Cousin had Maggie. She LOVED her. I wanna try her next. Niece had Peter. She liked him. Also Tracy is no longer working here. BOO. :( Check into yelp for 10% off. Your welcome. read more

I came in around 8:00PM and asked if there were any available spots left from the receptionist. She gave me a late 9:00PM time which was okay with me because it was last minute! I requested for a male to do my massage because they are not soft at all. I purchased the $20 foot and body massage which is pretty affordable! During my session, the place was very quiet and relaxing. The chairs were a little bigger than most. I had a great massage from my massage therapist (I think his name was peter or sam?) He made sure I was okay. The employees here have great customer service so I would definitely come back here again, probably by the same massage therapist. read more

Love love love this place. Go to relax and unwind! Definitely give Rocky 4 stars. I love my Friday nights because of this place.

Tracy really started off my new year well! I seriously was in heaven when she was putting pressure on my lower back, it's like she knew that's where all my pain was concentrated. I don't like their lotion or oil that they use on me, I hope maybe I can just bring my own next time and I will tell her to dig into my foot more next time. Maybe I'll try other masseuses to compare. 17.99+10 tip not bad :) read more

Highly recommended! Good pricing and good massage technician. I can come weekly if possible . Very clean

My husband and I went in for couples massage and decided to check this place out since it was close to home. The receptionist was sweet on the phone and said we can just walk in. Got there to be greeted by that receptionist but then I was turned off that she asked for a tip upfront (WTF)... we hadn't even gotten our massages yet. I got Lily and she did a good job but only focused on my upper body, however for an hour massage it would've been nice to gotten some work on my legs and feet (like other places). My husband got Tom. My husband said he was ok. He massaged more around the ribs than the muscles in his back - that explains why my husband was laughing during his massage. The icing on the cake was when we gave them a tip... we gave them a 20% tip and Tom had the audacity to complain about it and ask for more! I've gone to better places that did a way better job and did not ask for a tip upfront nor complained about or asked for more tip! Will not be coming back here! read more

I had Paul for my massage and it was great! Great price and very relaxing. Loved the pressure amount and at one point he asked if I was ok. I love deep pressure so it was perfect and so sweet he checked on me to make sure the pressure was ok.
