I will start off by saying that this is not your typical relaxing experience . Nevertheless I love…read morethem . I always go with Ilse , she is more understanding to my lack of pain tolerance . They are a very experienced and very knowledgeable family. Ilse always helps align me and get my muscles moving again. But I do have to say the deep tissue massage is painful. When I'm not up for the suction cups (these are the most painful to me ) , I ask for a relaxing massage On a table instead of the deep tissue massage on the mat . Since Ilse already knows me , she knows how much pressure I can take and it's a way more relaxing feeling. I extremely recommend her if you have any injuries , sciatica pain or anything similar . Been going there for years !

I told Lizette my problem areas and she began terrorizing me, I kept telling her what she was doing was way to hard, I kept jumping and complaining and she kept saying I had to take the "therapy" she was giving. After about five minutes I stated getting up and told her I was leaving. When she saw I was serious she said she would give me a different type of relaxing massage. It was the same movements she had tried before but somewhat tolerable. She was done in about 30 minutes and then covered me and told me to relax.

CALLED ME A LIAR ABOUT MY SON ON LIFE SUPPORT! I have it in a text!…read more I could not possibly more livid with a company than I am of this one. I paid for their "service", even paid extra fees for them to come to my home. I scheduled this on June 1st. And then 20 hours before the appointment I get a TEXT letting me know that they cannot come out to my home, they do not provide this service (even though the service IS stated as at home). I explain to them that I have a child on life support and cannot make it out to them. Too bad was essentially their response. I then contact the office whom setup the appointment (in Canada) and they informed me that this location should NEVER had told me such a thing - that as per policy they MUST provide in-home service. I tell them I want a refund; I have lost all faith. After contacting the Canada office, the El Paso office was very nasty to me they added "and you lied about having a son on Life Support." Call Dr. Martha Butler-Manquero and ask her if my son Jonathan is NOT home bound and on life support. What WORMS! HORRIBLE! I could never do business with people of such low regard towards others. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

Honestly, the next day I feel a bit sore, like I had an intense workout the day prior. The day after that though, I feel amazing. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and upper back. The 1st time I went, they kept asking if I was okay but I think I had such severe knots that it felt like I was tensing. It was once described to me as my muscles felt like it was "cracking" from the massage. I work a lot with very long hours. If I start to feel like my back is hurting too much, I make an appointment and I am good for a while. I would like to try and go regularly so I don't even get to the point of being in extreme pain. Their online appointment system is also really easy to use. I've never had a problem getting a time slot that worked for me, even the day of. I'm flexible with whomever does my massage but if it's an issue for you, make sure to confirm first. My only con with this place is that sometimes the person doing my massage does not speak English very well, but as long as I let them know as soon as I arrive, someone will translate my message for me. Also, the price cannot be beat. I've been to a few massage places in El Paso that were 2-3 times the price of this place and nobody has been able to get out all the knots and tension like this place can.

As soon as you step in you get this vibe of calmness and relaxation; they have products to sell and the decoration and music makes it already a nice place. Since it was my first time there they gave me a form to fill with all my concerns and to be very specific about my goals with this session: I was looking to get rid of this pain in my back I was there for a massage but they also offer facials and waxing services. They walked me in 5 minutes later and I got the massage with Jorge we had a small talk just to confirm the service and specifics of the massage and he stepped out for me to get ready for the massage. The room was candle lit and with some very relaxing music and birds sounds. The whole massage was amazing and Jorge was so kind and extremely professional, I've never had a massage performed by a man and being a woman I felt so relaxed and enjoyed the service because he made me feel comfortable and was courteous and professional. He was asking questions making sure he was delivering the right pressure and was feeling good for me. At the end they gave me a water and I was extremely pleased. I definitely want to come back to try the other type of massages they offered.
