The wife has been nagging me to shop around for a massage chair and we just happened to stumble upon this store in the Glades Plaza. The store was full of high tech massage chairs and therapeutic comfort beds. My wife and I were the only customers and the salesman Vinny explained the products for twenty minutes. My body literally sunk into the memory foam bed and almost fell asleep. My wife got comfy in one of the black massage chairs and did not want to get out. Basically, it provided a head to toe soothing massage. Im not a fan of massage chairs due to the tight side to side uncomfortable fit. The futuristic appearance of the chairs screamed Buy Me Now Im Cool, but that came with a $10,000 price tag. The sky high price does include the shipping, set up and a five year warranty. read more

I plunged myself into one of the massage chairs and Vinny programmed it for a full body massage and it was an experience. The massage was great and they look space age and now realize why they are so dang expensive. They had a few cool mattresses that my husband loved and took a short nap. You may question why I gave the store 5* until you read the whole review. I ordered the chair in October 2024. By January it still had not arrived, the company making it did not have the right color fabric (I was not called about delay). By February they were nice enough to give me the floor sample as a loaner (OK with me). Also, I had brought in a Doctor's note saying I needed the recliner for back issues, but I had not received the refund on the Florida tax. When I finally got the chair the people assembling it felt there was a defect in a part that would not be seen once put together. Pictures taken, forwarded to store. Silence for months over the defect and refund. Well, why give 5 stars? JUAN GALLO!!! HE'S GREAT. Seriously, if you want to get a chair there do yourself a favor and see him. In under an hour, with courtesy and professionalism, I got the refund and the question/problem solved. So Juan was able to solve all problems right now. Can't praise enough. Got an amazing XChair from RTB in Boca and I couldn't be happier about my experience in-store. Ashley, the manager, was incredibly helpful and explained all my options to me when making my purchase. After the chair was delivered, she even called to make sure I got it and was enjoying it. I don't think this call was required, I think it was just good, genuine customer service. A chair, especially a high-end piece of ergonomic sitting furniture, is not a trivial purchase for me. This was a large, expensive, and thoughtful purchase on which I did my own research, and Ashley really helped not only in providing good customer care, but also in making sure that I did not feel any pressure to buy. I am sorry we ever walked into this store. My wife bought me an expensive chair, thousands of dollars, and the cushions are worn out after 7 months. See pictures. Manufacturer agrees they are defective. Relax the Back will do nothing because I didn't return it within 30 days. The manufacturer is going to replace the pads with the same identical pads, so I assume they'll wear out again in another 7 months. And then where will be? The mechanism is squeaky too. I'm very sorry we bought this from Relax the Back. The only reason I've giving them 2 stars instead of one is because I also bought a pillow and that has been fine. I weigh 170 lbs. P.S. A serviceman came and replaced the pads with the same identical pads, so the fix is only temporary and the problem will recur. The chair squeaks very annoyingly. The man who replaced the pads lubricated it and within 24 hours it was squeaking again. In a chair 5 months old, for this we paid thousands of dollars? We still want a refund, you sold a defective product, and we think that is reasonable. The attached link will take you to a recording of seceral of the squeaks this chair makes. The users manual says nothing about lubricating it. While searching to replace my tempurdeic contour pillow, a friend suggested Relax The Back. I'm a driver for UPS, so I'm always experiencing some form of pain & discomfort. I went to their website & did my due diligence picking out several pillows I wanted to test. I should note I fall asleep on my back, but then through the night I end up on my side. Using "maps" I found the nearest one (2200 W Glades Boca Raton). I noticed the reviews speaking highly about Juan. Today I went in to test out these pillows & Juan was there. Purchased a chair here about 6 months for several thousands of dollars and it broke a few months months ago already. Been waiting for warranty to fix the chair and all I get is excuses. The store keeps passing the buck and I'm about to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge. I have had the Luma chair by Positive Posture for about a month and it has completely changed my life. I am 32 years old with Scoliosis and multiple herniated discs. I am one of those people that just cannot get comfortable. I don't sleep at night and for the last 10 plus years I just squirm on the couch while watching TV in my family room. My only half decent solution was to sit up in a straight back chair from my kitchen table. This was causing depression. I couldn't even watch a movie in my own house without being uncomfortable. Not only is it extremely comfortable, but it has endless positions you can adjust it to. I also love this chair because of it's modern look and was able to blend into our family room unlike some of the goofy looking zero g recliners out there. This place rocks and only because I made an appointment with the right person. I met Judy and she is beyond fantastic. She's very intuitive and a good listener. Made my first experience one of the best and because of her I have returned repeatedly. She knows what she's doing and I have referred a few friends. I've been to a variety of places due to my chronic back pain with little to no results but with Judy she knows exactly what to do and I always feel so much better after my sessions with her.
