I want to start this by saying I have had some very good experiences here before. I'm genuinely rooting for this business to do well. However yesterday I was massaged by a man I don't think normally does them. I've always figured he's the owner of the business and focuses on transactions or bringing people in. He was extremely hard on my back. I told him over the course of the 20 minute massage about a half dozen times to go softer, or that it hurts. He would kick it down from a 10 to an 8 (still not ideal but better) then slide back to doing a 10. The pressure was enough that my neck was being pressed into the chair enough I was getting a bit nervous but kept telling myself that it's only 20 minutes. You should not be feeling like a massage is an act of endurance. My back hurts. It interfered withy sleep last night - sleeping on my back would excruciating but laying on my stomach made my shoulder blades pinch the area he hit hardest. I woke up several times needing ibuprofen, later an ice pack. Nearly called out of work. I work a very physical labouring job so I was supposed to come in feeling better not worse. read more

It's not worth $100 for 90 min massage. The therapist turn on his timer for 90 min but I also checked what time did we start. He stopped at 80 min. When I told him he shorted the time then he told me to sit and continue to massage for a few more minutes. I will get front and back massage if I schedule 90 min in any other spa. He only massaged my back. I had bruises the next day. He is not interested to make me feel better. He only want to get pay. I usually only go here for emergency since they take walk in but after that massage I think I will take my money somewhere else. $100 is a lot of money. The tech took off my glasses without consent and placed them on the floor. Keep in mind I have light sensitivity. when I asked him questions about my hand that I have pain he kept pointing at the price sheet. I told him to be careful with my hand and he kept putting a lot of pressure. Made the experience uncomfortable. After the service he still had the audacity to say and point at the tipping sheet. read more

Walk ins welcome! Whenever I think "I need a massage... now" they are ready for me. Have received a back massage and foot reflexology massage. Prices aren't cheap... they're comparable to a full service massage spa but the advantage is you don't have to book in advance if you don't want and can just walk up, sit down fully clothed and immediately get your massage. Man if I could give ZERO stars...that would still be too much! I bought a gift card on Thursday for my mother to use for Mother's Day. Prior to buying the gift card my mom asked all of her questions like 1. May I have a female massage therapist? and 2. Can the session be focused on my head, hands, and feet? To which we received a "yes" to both questions. Perfect, we bought the gift card. She went in today and none of those things happened. In fact, the male massage therapist massaged her bottom. When he started in on her shoulders, she told him that it was too much pressure and she would like him to focus on her hands or feet...he simply lost interest and put in no effort when massaging her hands. After the session was over, my mother was walking out when the therapist yelled "tip" to her. This was such a disappointing experience for my mother to experience and it really upsets me that she was not listened to or take seriously especially as a paying customer. read more

Took my daughter and I here for a massage while in town for some volleyball practice. I get massages often (twice a month) and this is the first time ever I have wanted to get up and leave. It was MISERABLE. Even after telling them it was too hard they didn't let up. So disappointed and sickened I paid $150 for it. Maybe listen to ur client better. And I hate when they only use their elbows. I'll be sore for awhile. My daughter is just as miserable. read more

I'm so bummed because every time I come here I get a great massage and I feel better after I leave. Today I had a new masseur that I've never had before and the massage was super painful and not relaxing at all. Im in a lot of pain after leaving. I have been a customer now for over three years and cannot say enough good things about them! If I have a problem area it gets worked on by deep tissue massage, or if I need "pampering ". They do that too. Lately I have been going weekly for chronic hip and low back pain. My therapist Lisa is very intuitive to the origins of the pain, and works to relieve it. I love the fact I can get a table massage, dressed! It enables me to get in/out and back to work quickly. The foot massage is heavenly, I usually take a little snooze . They also do chair massage if you need a "quickly". Give them a try, I bet you will love them. read more

I just wanted a 15-minute chair massage. They kept trying to upsell me over and over and over again. It got annoying. The massage was not very good, and at the end, he said I have too much tension, and he needs to go for longer (more $$$) and tried to upsell me again. I say no and go to the front to pay. It was $25, so I gave the guy $40, and he gives me $5 change. When I told him he shorted me, he looked at me like I was crazy, but he eventually gave me the rest of my change. Decent massage for a mall massage place. We got a hour long massage for 2 people as we were after a couples massage but ended up in two separate rooms. No worries but they don't have the facilities for a "couples massage" A bit of music wouldn't have hurt. A little hard to relax with the sounds of a busy mall rolling in the back ground. The female also walked into the room as I was disrobing and wasn't bothered at all and just stood there waiting for me to lay down. So I'm awkwardly trying to remove the rest of my clothing and cover up at the same time and gave up. I found it funny but others may not so much. read more

I was recommended to go here by one of my friends. This place is amazing! I received a 30 minute reflexology & 15 minute chair massage service that cost only $40. I usually go to an upscale spa, however I took the recommendation and Relax Spa did not disappoint. David was doing my massage & he found and corrected places that were causing pain in my back. Great spot for relaxing foot rub and massage and escape from chaos of the mall. My mom was having mini-panic attack from overstimulation of noise and crowds at mall and this place put her back at ease. My young niece and I enjoyed relaxing foot reflexology sessions while my mother enjoyed a back massage and foot session. She said it was "the best foot rub she has ever had". read more

We had a sitter, she wanted some coffee at Starbucks and the associate from Relax Spa talked me into getting the Combo for my wife and myself. 15 min Chair massage, and 30 Min foot massage. Pressure was intense but exactly what I was asking for, felt amazing. Wife agreed, and we have been back another 2 times since. I only ding'd them 1 star for the Mall Atmosphere- it's sometimes loud, and while their relaxing music drones most of the Mall sounds out sometimes its just not enough. I've been having strong muscle spasms in my mid-traps for the last day. I did a 30 minute table accupressure. My back feels far better now than it has onn the last 24 hours. It was a perfect blend of deep tissue/elbows mixed with relaxing massage. I also appreciate being able top relax in silence during a massage, and he just checked in with me every few minutes. I did 30 minutes of reflexology and 30 minutes table massage and paid $60 dollars total (not including tip). The staff there are great, very respectful and making sure clients have a quality relaxing time. The noise coming from people walking in the mall bothered me a little bit, despite the calm and relaxing background music being played. I was not impressed with the table massage, but the reflexology got me hooked! If you are wearing pants, make sure you can roll it over up to your knees for a full massage experience. They massage not only your feet, but also half of your legs up to your knees. I would definitely come back to this place! read more

Very under rated place! Clean, quick and easy to get your body taken care of. Their English is not so good, but the pricing and signs are very clear! It's very affordable, you can do chair, table massages or some reflexology. Their are also combination treatments like foot reflexology for 30 min and 15 min chair which is my favorite!
