I've been going into this location for years, it used to be good. Now as the owner has changed, it's way worse! I was very surprised that the male owner would suddenly open the door while the RMT was massaging me. for Christ sake, he doesnt have the decency to just talk while the door is closed. The male owner just casually opened the door and talked to the RMT, with me on the table having a massage! He is very rude and doesnt have manners at all! Who the hell he think he is? He thinks it is normal to just barge in and talk even if there is a client inside being massaged. What the hell? I asked the RMT afterwards who was it? she said wait I talk ( she doesnt speak english that much, so she called the lady owner. ) Lady owner said sorry. Sorry is no good. They should know how to respect their clients. They dont have the decency to run a business. read more

I am a repeat customer simply because the services are great! I've done massages, regular and with hot stone, as well as acupuncture which is the absolute best! With just one session, my pains were eliminated. I've recommended this place to so many of my friends and they've all shared similar experiences. I never feel rushed when I go in for treatments, they take their time and always ask if its ok for them to spend extra time if I require it, at no additional cost of course. I've been meaning to check this place out for a while and finally did today. Had some muscle pain in my legs and was able to get a massage appointment the same day. I haven't had much luck with female massage therapists massage at other places but the lady who was doing my massage was surprisingly strong. I felt quite sore the next day, my back was hurting (it wasn't before the massage). My legs were a little better form the massage but I didn't get the relief I hoped for. The place itself was very clean but as expected for a mall clinic I found it to be a bit noisy and obviously not exactly a spa experience:) the prices were average (about $70 for an hour). read more

Came here for a 45 minute massage with Sasa. I had told her some of my concerns and painful spots, and boy did she work on them!! This was probably one of the deepest massages I've ever had. All massage therapists are RMTs, rooms are private and very cozy, and they play relaxing music in the background. Looking forward to coming back! read more

I've walked by this place many times and decided to book a massage and physio appointment. They offer a slew of services from massages to foot reflexology. They must get a lot of people coming in at year end to use up insurance benefits because the receptionist kept asking if people needed insurance receipts. The physio worked on my shoulder and part of the initial treatment included a 30 min massage. They offered me acupuncture as well as part of the massage. The only concern I had was privacy during the initial assessment with therapist. You are sitting in an open area, with patients lying on a massage table with only a curtain separating you. Otherwise it seemed fine if you don't mind speaking about your issues knowing someone can hear everything. For this little obscure place in the TnT location, the service is fairly decent and reasonably priced. I did notice during the massage there was a bit of noise outside the room. Overall I'd definitely recommend and have booked another appointment. read more

I have received massage therapy a couple of times at Relax Rehab and have been quite satisfied with the service and experience! They are located at Promenade Mall inside the TNT supermarket. Don't let this weird you out; this spot is busy! They offer a range of services, including acupuncture, physio, chiropractor, osteopathy and even facials. The massage therapist and Acupuncturist are RMT-certified and they do give you insurance slips. The best part is that the massages are QUITE vigorous/deep tissue and they've really helped me alleviate stress-related aches and pains. The prices are quite reasonable as well and their tea is delicious. read more

We live nearby and get foot reflexology here regularly. Usually if you call a little ahead they have availability. The people are very nice and have excellent tea! They treat you very well and we feel our business is valued. I recommend this place. My only caveat is that if you like music during your treatment, you need to provide it yourself. I play off my phone or sometimes bring a mini speaker. read more

Customer service is excellent. I had a full body massage and foot reflexology. Both were great. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend Relax Rehab! I would only mention that the room where the foot massage takes place is also where tea is prepared so there are people coming in and out, sometimes leaving the door semi open and, therefore making it difficult to relax. But don't let this stop you from visiting this great place. read more
