I absolutely loved how much more stepping and stretching there was at this place compared to the other places I've tried. I didn't get "beat up" as bad in comparison, but it was still really nice. The herbal portion was a heated herbal pouch and she'd tap that at various areas during a portion of the massage. The heat felt pretty great. There were times where she had to step out to talk to someone or someone needed to talk to her, but the massage itself was excellent.
