If there was a way to give -1 stars I would. Let's start with the staff who are not only rude but literally won't even look up from their phones in case they might have to assist a customer. This is not a single occurrence, but has happened all three times I was in the store. Rude isn't a sufficient word for the staff as they are blatantly telling you that they won't (can't is what they actually say) help you, even though the mistake is on their side. Example: ordered some pulls for a bathroom, $1200 worth, and needed some back plates for them that they "backordered until they arrive." 6 months later, no back plates, so my pulls are useless and I need to return them Good luck, return policy seems to be 50/50, which roughly translates into "if it breaks in half you get to keep both pieces." Shopped online, not in store. We have had some issues with the door knob we bought (the handles continue to fall off, after professional installation). The customer service has been horrible. I reached out to the customer service email 4 times with zero response. Finally called and spent 45 minutes trying to get a resolution. They are going to replace the door knob. It has been over a month since they said they would send the new door knob, according to the tracking, it still hasn't been shipped. For such an expensive store, you would think they would have excellent customer service. read more

This has been the worst furniture purchase ever. Had a broken bedrail at delivery. Have been promised a replacement multiple times by salesperson Faye!!!! Don't buy from them. Every day I look at the shitty $3,000+ sofa I purchased here, I'm instantly filled with rage and regret. Literally 1 week in, the fabric was pilling so bad and looked like a college dorm hand-me-down... nothing like the store sample. I hate this store gets the poor reviews seen here. I think customers fail to see this is a very traditional business model - the company maintains parts inventories but hand assembles most items as purchased. This IS NOT a mass produced Amazon-like manufacturing and distribution operation. You will not get your products next day nor can you buy off the floor in the store. This simply isn't that type of business. I visit the store regularly (it's beside my gym) to browse. Always cool to see new designs. I remodeled my bathroom and decided to splurge a little and get all lighting and hardware through Rejuvenation. Kaye at the store was super helpful and provided a lot of good feedback on my project in general. I ordered four fixtures and cabinet hardware. Kaye was very upfront - 2 to 5 weeks delivery. Certain parts are in limited supply due to the pandemic, so times can vary. It all depends on whether the specific screws, bolts, wires, canopies, shades, etc. needed to build the specific lights you've ordered are on hand at the plant. My lights came in two weeks and a day. That was sooner than I expected. Could I have gotten fixtures more quickly from Amazon or another online retailer? Sure. Could I have gotten less expensive lights? Sure. But nothing like the lights I got from Rejuvenation......these lights are super heavy and substantial, beautiful, and meticulously crafted. And I realized how different of an operation this is when I received the lights. It was clear a person had hand packed my purchases like Christmas gifts to ensure safe delivery. No precast styrofoam or bubble wrap. These folks are literally building your purchase products for you. They are not pulling items off a shelf in a warehouse. That's rare these days. read more

Beautiful store! I've admired Rejuvenation's lighting online for some time. If you're in the market for new lighting or hardware, definitely check out their website. (As an FYI, they're owned by Williams-Sonoma, Inc. which also owns Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, West Elm, and Mark and Graham.) My experience specifically in this store was ok. The store is beautiful. The product is beautiful. The merchandising is beautiful. However, service seems to be a bit lackluster. Their email says they will respond within 24 hours. I have been waiting for 4 days and still received no email from them. Great spot for quality furnishings. The staff was amazing. It felt like I had the ear and expertise of 3 designers. I just remolded a kitchen and they helped with handles for my kitchen, bath and laundry room. They were attentive and detailed even face time with us to look at our home to make sure that the items we were purchasing would work in the room. The quality is better than restoration hardware. When the items came it was shipped by William and Sonoma, so they may be owned by WS. The lighting and finishing are very high end but the prices are very good. read more

We found a beautiful pair of Conifer Short Wall Sconces for our bedroom online and went the store to view them in person. A nice girl offered to help us order them online. Great, right? Wrong. She asked us what size we wanted (short), and went over to check on the correct code from the item itself. Many weeks go by until they arrive at our house. Wiring needs to be done which is quite tedious; then we install them on the wall, only to realize that they are pretty long for our small bedroom. We look at the receipt and sure enough, 2 MEDIUM sconces were ordered for us! We return to the store to discuss and they say too bad, if you've already installed them then you cannot return them! We're talking about a 2 inch difference in the main pole of the lamp, and no other differences, so it was not apparent until they were on the wall. Just know that If anything goes wrong you cannot return lighting after you've installed it, EVEN IF IT'S THEIR FAULT. Order online yourself, there is no plus to doing it in the store. read more

Good quality products but if they mess up it's a hassle to get it fixed. They shipped me part of my light and back ordered the rest, and of course charges my credit card. Some of the people in the store are unpleasant to deal with if you're trying to resolve a problem. As much as I like the lights(if sent properly) I do something else in the future. read more

I will NEVER shop from Rejuvenation ever again: I ordered two mirrors for the master bathroom. They were supposed to arrive between Feb 23 - Feb 27. Tomorrow, it's April 1. In the past couple of weeks, I've phoned customer service 3 times - to be told every single time that they would call me back to let me know the status of my order. I never heard back from anyone - not a call, not an email. I later learned that not one of the customer service reps I spoke to put in any notes against my account. I emailed customer service to receive an automated response. I still haven't had an actual response. I called the store at Ponce City Market for help. The store/back of house manager lady said she'd f/up personally to let me know where my order was - she didn't keep her word or ever call back. She said she instructed customer service to contact me via email - it was never sent (yes, junk mail was checked) - nothing. I finally asked for the supposed warehouse number, to be told that it is in fact Rejuvenation that is supposed to schedule deliveries - yet; they're claiming to not know where my product is. Yet warehouse is saying that they're sitting there waiting to be delivered and scheduled by Rejuvenation! Wow, wow, wow... NEVER will I put myself through this experience ever again. And I used to absolutely adore this store and their products. Still no clarity, still no visibility, still no product. DO NOT waste your time or money. This is supposed to be a high end store, with great product, yet this has been less than a one star experience. read more

I was starting to wonder if it was just me. I live very close to Ponce city market and go to rejuvenation regularly because I like to shop the sale table and often they do have items in stock. I truly like their products but the staff at this location are so unnecessarily rude. They act as if they wish you would leave so they can get back to their phones or laptops or admin tasks. When I got on Yelp to read the other reviews saying nearly the same thing I felt at least slightly better knowing that I'm not crazy feeling this way every time I walk in. Please corporate do some thing about training. I would hate to see another otherwise nice store in PCM go out of business. read more

Read the reviews on Rejuvenation very carefully before buying. There's a good reason many of them are lousy. What I didn't realize when I bought my lighting fixtures is that Rejuvenation has essentially no return policy if any lighting you purchase has a choice of finish or length, which covers about everything. In other words, it's final sale no ifs ands or buts. That means no refund and no store credit, even. And don't turn to management at the Ponce location for any help or sympathy. While curteous, they were completely inflexible. Moreover, what I purchased went on sale with free shipping only days after I bought it and they wouldn't even consider giving me a store credit (not a refund) for the difference, when I would've put it towards other lighting. If the Ponce store is looking to keep customers over the long haul, they have a crummy way of showing that desire. I'll be going somewhere I know will see me as an asset and not just an open wallet. read more

Overall terrible experience. Have given them a try multiple times and every time it's awful. Everyone will give you a different answer and no one ever wants to make sure the customer is satisfied. No professionalism and I'm confused on this is acceptable when they are part of such a huge company. Here to comment on the customer service, as many people here are posting about their negative experiences. I'd like to share the opposite experience. We bought some (expensive) shelf brackets and reclaimed wood shelves from Blake. He had to have them shipped from another store (NY and LA) as they weren't avail at the PCM location. When they arrived, one of the brackets was clearly previously opened and used. I emailed him pics and he IMMEDIATELY responded and had another one ready at the store to pick up. When I came in, they not only gave me a perfect set, but told me to keep the other pair to do with as I saw fit. THEN my shelves came in. One looked amazing, but the other was filled with worm holes and was warped (the dangers of buying reclaimed wood). I sent Blake pics of it and once again got a quick response. He followed up with pics of another shelf from their LA location so I could approve. They sent me the new shelf that day and just like with the brackets, they told me to keep the other shelf. I wished I had read the reviews before I bought anything from Rejuvenation. Judging by their store displays and high prices, you would think you'd be getting quality products. However, they have proven to sell really shoddy products with horrible customer service. I ordered their Cedar & Moss sconces, a total of almost $500. These are not returnable, which is already a red flag. Weeks passed and it still hasn't arrived, contacted them and they said they were backordered...they never bothered to let me know. Months later they arrived...with no mounting hardware. I was told by their customer service that they didn't come with hardware because they're supposed to be installed by a professional. So...a professional would still have to provide hardware for this product, which is ridiculous. Secondly, one of the sconces were completely bent and looked nothing like the advertised pictures. The screws were sticking out about 1/4 inch out of the wall and could not be pushed in any further. This is just poor design and obviously no quality inspection. I had to send it back. Instead of providing me with a prepaid label, they just told me that it would get picked up by UPS. I called again to give them my home address where I would like the package picked up. Of course the memo isn't passed on and they went to my work instead. So now I'm still awaiting on a replacement sconce and I don't have confidence that it will actually be the right quality. Extremely disappointed with the quality of the products and the inefficient way they dealt with everything. Their customer reps were fine but did not seem to be knowledgable about their products at all. Would never recommend this to anyone, it was a complete hassle and not worth the money or time. UPDATE: They sent me a replacement sconce for the defective one...but forgot to include the shade part of the sconce in the package *HEADDESK* Will have to wait another week for that. I wish there were more reviews online so I had known the issues with purchasing anything at Rejuvenation. The store itself is nice but once you purchase anything you're on your own. The customer service from the company is horrible. I'm not sure how they are going to stay in business with such outdated CS practices. They don't back up anything- the return process if you buy online is you must ship back yourself (cannot return to local store) and it takes weeks to see credit. It takes forever to receive merchandise- they charged a percentage of total price for shipping which was very high and If you buy something and it goes 20% off (which it constantly does) they won't adjust it even if it's a day later. I purchased the new bedding which honestly isn't that different from other companies and received multiple 20% coupons in each box. When I called to see if I could get an adjustment on a duvet I hadn't even received I got a flat no. I returned every item I purchased (at UPS for $50) because I was afraid to see what would happen if anything went wrong w the actual product. I ended up purchasing from a new company online that has amazing linen- CS - 30 day trial and free shipping and returns. read more

I wanted to like this store - I really did. After looking at their Flanders English Roll Arm sofa in store, I decided to buy it during their 25% off sale during Black Friday sales week. We decided to go for the special order fabric (Linen Weave, Zulu Charcoal) because the regular stocked fabric was just too light - that would be too easy to get dirty. Even with the 25% off of the regular price of $2199.00, the order came out to $2067.30 when all of the fees and taxes were applied. Fine... it's a lot of money but I was committed. The special order would take "12-14 weeks to ship," but we thought we could wait because the darker fabric was that important to us. I placed this order on November 28, 2015. 12 weeks later (February 20, 2016,) I called to get an update on the couch. They told me they didn't have any information yet and to try calling back in a week. I called back a week later, still no information. I checked in each week following and kept being told that they didn't have any updates on it but would let me know as soon as they would. I'm a patient person, but it frustrates me to no end to feel like I'm chasing down the company I've given my business to. Finally, on April 6, 2016 (18 weeks and 2 days from initial order) I was told that "We are writing because we are unable to locate your custom sofa in our warehouse." Great. So my next decision was whether or not I wanted to re-order and wait another 12-14 weeks. I've already decided on this sofa, so I asked if they would be willing to take 20% off of the order for hassle so far and time I'd have to wait additionally - the phone rep said they could do this. I was tired, but felt assured my efforts were worth it. On April 14, 2016 (19 weeks and 5 days) I was emailed saying my original order "had been found." Now they had charged me the original amount of $2067.30. I emailed my customer service rep asking to see what could be done about any sort of discount for the time and frustration which has happened so far... they agreed to reimbursing $264.92 (roughly 12%.) It was something and I was tired of fighting, so I agreed. On May 2, 2016 (22 weeks and 2 days) I was emailed saying the couch had shipped. Nearly double the amount of time initially quoted for this order, I was completely dazed by the whole experience but just ready for it to be over. My rep informed me that it would take about 3 weeks to ship, so I marked my calendar and hoped for the best. Three weeks later (May 23, 2016) I called to get an update on the couch. I was simply informed that it hadn't arrived yet (they couldn't give me any information about how close it was to arriving) and that I should call back in a week because "it's shipping from California to North Carolina and that's a long distance." The couch was manufactured in North Carolina, then shipped to California to their hub, and then is being shipped back again to North Carolina so that it can be delivered to Atlanta, Georgia. I'm sorry, but I don't exactly understand how that makes any sense. I called nearly two weeks later (June 4, 2016) to see about my couch which had driven across the US nearly twice (the least it could have done was send me a postcard.) The same person who had told me to call back later then informed me that my couch "has been in the warehouse for two weeks" and instructed me to call a different phone number for the warehouse. But of course I had to wait until Monday when they were open. Today (June 6, 2016) it has been over 27 weeks since I originally ordered this sofa. That's half a year, 191 days, or 4584 hours depending on how you cut it. I called the new phone number given to me and they quoted me an additional 3+ weeks for delivery (that's June 28th at the earliest availability.) Which would put me at... 30 weeks from original order to delivery. Wait... just kidding. They've called me back saying the couch isn't, in fact, in the warehouse, and they have no idea where it is. If you like sitting on the floor for 30 weeks, I highly recommend this company. read more

Horrible customer service. I bought Canfield brass pulls and they have not lived up to the quality you would expect from Rejuvenation. When I brought them to the store they were not helpful at all. Would not acknowledge the inferior material used and insinuates I used chemicals in my half bath. Buyer Beware!!!! Was told to call customer service and asked to leave the store. Also threatened hat they would call the mall security if I did not leave. Would not buy products from them as they do not stand behind their overpriced products. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Please, don't ever buy anything from Rejuvenation. After placing an order Oct 2nd for a pair of leather chairs, our first delivery arrived right after New Years. They said the order had gotten lost, then they said the legs were broken on both chairs, and the leather was damaged on one of them and had to be repaired. Our 6-8 week delivery took 12 weeks. The chairs arrived damaged so we sent them back. The leather was nicked on one of the chairs and the other was clearly the one with the damaged leather. The arm didn't even match the rest of the chair. Fast forward another two months. The new chairs were delivered, the leather wasn't pulled tight across the back on one, and the other one looked like it came from a leper cow. Being fed up by this time, we requested a refund. It has been a month now and they still haven't credited our account. They say the chairs haven't arrived back in the warehouse and so they cannot give us a credit until they do. There is more to this story. At the time of the first delivery refusal, we spoke to a customer service rep who said the second pair would be significantly discounted but she couldn't tell me how much, "A manager would call me next week to tell me what the discount would be". Never got that call. This discounted price is a secret apparently, because the store manager couldn't even tell me how much it would be until the new chairs were delivered, and it was never mentioned by the delivery folks at the time of delivery.
