She kept insisting it was her decision to decline the exchange, although the receipt clearly states store credit or exchange past 30 days. I wasn't mad until she decided to answer the phone whilst I was explaining I already knew the terms of returns and exchanges. If the area team reads this message, I strongly recommend you connect with her on how to appropriately address customer complaints and maybe let her read the back of the receipt so she knows what hill to make a stand on. Absolutely abhorrent service.

Apparently they do, and my friend and I went to the H&M in West Ed because we figured the store and selection would be better than South Common. There isn't a huge selection of plus size clothes, but there is a bit, and H&M always has nice basics and trendy pieces too. One thing I love about H&M, no matter what dress size you might be, is the accessories. There are a lot of fun jewellery, purses, scarves, etc and the prices being pretty low it's pretty easy to go overboard and buy quite a bit. Of course the prices being so low this isn't exactly high quality long lasting items, but I tend to break, lose, rip, tear, etc. any accessories I get anyway so spending $12 on a scarf that I'll eventually lose at H&M seems better than spending $100 for a high-end scarf somewhere else. Aside from clothes and accessories the other thing H&M has that I didn't realize they carried are home decor products. This section isn't as big as the regular clothing and accessory section, but there are a variety of fun home decor items you can get, from bedspreads to aprons. West Ed isn't a place I particualrly like to go to, but if I'm here I'll check out H&M again.

They will do quite a few alterations for you free of charge and we actually brought 2 suits back when they still needed more alterations and they were happy to do them fairly quickly for us. So every time I go to WEM I stop in and see what's new on the racks. Turns out my friends and my mom and sisters also love this place. If you are even the slightest bit curvy you will find clothes that fit and are tasteful and you'll feel beautiful. The staff are great too! I fell in love with a long sleeve top with flamingoes on it and bought it! I love that I can usually find my size (that isn't sold out) and just beautifully made clothes for a decent price. They have something for everyone in the store, granted you're willing to burn a hole in your bank account- I guess that's why the customer service is so good. They have all the high end brands from Hugo Boss to Gucci to Lacoste to Salvatore Ferragamo to Fred Perry and other higher end designer clothing. If you something that is not quite your size, then their in-house tailer is brought up right away and tailored to your exact measurements. I remember the original Harry Rosen when it was just one small unit. Now it has expanded to three store lengths and offers a wide variety of suits, dress shirts, ties, dress and casual shoes, and also casual (but still high end) clothing. I'm not a toothpick, meaning I got some meat on my bones. I hate trying to find a dress that will make all my unflattering parts look flattering. My sister-in-law said she travelled up and down West Edmonton Mall looking at dresses but found nothing until she got to Laura (Petites and Plus). I was looking around and I must have had a desperate, deer caught in the headlights look, because this really nice saleswoman empathetically asked me if I needed help. She helped me pick out dresses that she thought would suit my body size and form. She ran to find sizes for me when the plus sizes were too big. She even helped zip me up! Then she found me one dress... it was the dress. I saw it and new that this was the one. I tried it on and I was right. The dress was comfortable for one thing, black and sexy for another thing. The price was not as bad as I thought it was going to. It was less than $200.00 and considering how comfortable it was and how nice but simple it looked I could see myself wearing it for non-weeding occasions. Sales people are a bit hard to come by, but I can usually manage finding something by myself. It's hard to find things in smaller sizes for people like myself, but just be patient and dig through and you'll find something. Prices are reasonable too. It's not Walmart, but it's not Hugo Boss either. Whether it's for home renovation or for work, Marks Work Wearhouse will make you look prepared, even if you have no idea what you're doing.

They also have coupons for $10 off if one spends more than $50 on their flyers that are delivered to homes. When they have clearance items, they are a good price. I once bought shorts for $4.88. The associates that ring in my purchases aren't very friendly. This store is ok and I'll continue to shop there.
