The crew leader who did the job was meticulous and thorough in her work - an A+. She was reliable, communicative about the job, and was delightful and a joy to have do the work. He worked extremely hard to meet our agreed upon deadline (many late nights and weekends), always was extremely respectful, friendly and patient, and went above and beyond in every way. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Plus, he gave us a very reasonable quote for the work at hand. He replaced our exterior siding with hardy plank, installed LVP, refinished and stained our hardwood, repainted the entire exterior, and did some demolition work. We'd highly recommend him for any work you need done :) We feel so lucky that we found him and love of our home so much more now!!

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled. We did this, in part, because there was a shower…read moreleak. We obtained multiple bids, and settled on working with Mike, the owner of Meraki Home Renovations. His bid was competitive and fair. We took the bathroom down to the studs and subfloor, with the exception that we retained the wood vanity and cabinets that were in good shape. Mike did the majority of the work, including all of the repairs and mitigation for the shower leak, all of the new waterproofing, placement of the freestanding tub, building a new pony wall and a few shelves; and he did all of the tile work. He was in our home most weekdays during the project, and he worked exceptionally hard (and was easy to have around). He communicated regularly with us and frequently invited us to make decisions on minor details. He made a point of protecting the rest of our house on a daily basis from any wear or dirt from the remodel project. We used a designer, but Mike had useful modifications to the design that we are glad that we implemented. In all of his work, Mike had an acute eye for detail and was unwilling to take shortcuts. In the case of unexpected findings or when we had a preference for upgrades, his pricing was transparent and agreed to ahead of time. Not only was Mike an expert craftsman, with a wide range of building skills, he was diligent and thorough in his work, always considerate of our preferences and privacy, fair and honest, enthusiastic about his work, and a man of integrity. We were thoroughly pleased with the result of our bathroom remodel. We would definitely choose to work with Mike again in the future, and we would recommend him without hesitation to others considering bathroom or other types of remodels.

For our back deck, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted it to look like, so I just sent him some pictures and explained my style (modern, simple and clean edges - but unfortunately our neighborhood is very traditional so it still has to fit in with that aesthetic).
