However, the next winter had more snow. We turned on the cables and noticed that there was no snow being removed from our roof. When we called Webfoot to let them know that the cables were not working as promised; they had a representative who came out to visit us. He told us that Webfoot was not responsible for the incorrect sizing of the cables as they hired a sub contractor as the electrician. Basically they said, "tough luck" your on your own. We removed the cables when we added a new roof the next year. I would not recommend Webfoot for any of their services as they told us that it was our responsibility, not Webfoot's. A waste of money. After reading that they prune inside out, and not just hedge trim, I wanted to see if I could work with them. They did a HUGE spring clean up on about 1/2 my yard (the front 1/2), removing tons of weeds, pruning, removing mistletoe form tree, just overall, doing some long overdue love for this darling yard. I had done my best- but I just could not keep up. They even brought in rock and ensured irrigation was covered. While it was a little more than I had planned- it was ABSOLUTELY worth it. No other spring clean up service would have done 1/2 what they did! Worth every penny. I work 2 remote roles- and I joked with them that I would happily figure out a third job to be able to continue using these services in the future. We only did 1/2 to stay in my available budget- and will do the other 1/2 major clean up in the fall. Demian will work with you to get your priorities in your budget. Be a little patient if you have a smaller project- they WILL get to you and get back to you- but it is a small business and they fit you in in between larger projects. And in all honesty, they were my first choice, but I was also contacting 6-8 other similar services. Most never called back, or if they did it was weeks and weeks out before they could even come take a look. Demian and the the guys called me back, said they would be over to take a look and start the job a few days later, and ta da- my yard looks brand new again! Now I can keep up with the weeds until they come in the fall- and I get TONS of complements- my neighbors have all commented how good it looks! I cannot say thank you enough, or emphasize the value of what you get with these guys- they really know their stuff, and they will do things RIGHT, so your landscape not only looks good- it is also actually healthy! This landscape company was hired to aerate, Thatch and edge, our yard as well as pick up…read morePineneedles that were already raked into piles for them, pull cheat grass and remove an existing hop vine. They came over and managed to aerate and Thatch, but never edge the yard. Had to call them multiple times to get them to come back and edge the yard. They also weed wacked the cheat grass instead of pulling it and left the remains all over the landscaping. When I asked them to come back and finish the job they said they thought the cheat grass was from the neighbors and they ran out of time to complete the hop vine removal. Terrible company who is trying to do the least amount of effort with zero quality or attention to detail. They also gave us a bill $100 higher than the estimate because it took them more time than they thought to pick up piles of pine needles after we spent 30 minutes going over all the tasks we wanted the night they gave us the estimate. They're lazy and not quality oriented.
