Lost my house keys and was unable to cut at Minute-keys at walmart. I randomly just searched for a key smith that can cut buildings keys and stumbled upon Reilly Lock and Security System. The gentlemen were really kind , professional and extremely helpful. He was able to found a match to my key and cut my keys within minutes. No appointment was required. It only cost around $9. I highly recommend coming here to cut your keys or any other services read more

I was driving on QEW getting onto the 401/427 merge. I was doing speed limit as the traffic was morning rush traffic- about 750 on Monday Morning. I looked in my rear view on the exit as I have been trained by SMITH System driving. All I could see was the front grill of a Sprinter. I immediately speed up as I was concerned with the lack of sense this driver had. As I merged into the right lane this guy came around screaming and giving me the finger. Either this guy has emotional issues and I would be extremely concerned for them to come to my home if I was not there. Or he was late for work needing to speed as I can only assume this business treats its workers in a way they are screaming at potential customers in a moving Billboard read more

I purchased a camera security system and I had it installed by a Reilly tech. Two weeks after the install one of the cameras stopped working. I made an appointment to have the camera replaced and they tried to bill me for the replacement even though it was still under a 30 day warranty. When the Reilly tech replaced the camera he drilled an additional hole in our house and then left the old hole wide open. He did not even bother to fill the hole. You cannot leave a hole in someone's house. There was no need to drill a second hole. The new camera should have gone directly over the existing hole. The video recorder is very frustrating to use. If you do not login to the recorder after 3 months it resets your password and locks you out. The only way to unlock it is to book an appointment for a Reilly Tech to visit your home which costs money. This company does not stand behind the products they sell. Their customer service is not good. They were extremely rude to me and were quite unhelpful. read more

History

Established in 1932.

The sons of Irish immigrant parents, brothers Leonard Mckenzie and Allen Gordon Reilly joined forces in the 1930's to form Reilly Lock. Fast outgrowing their modest beginnings at the rear of Pemble's Shoe Store in downtown Toronto, Reilly Lock soon moved into its own location at 694 Yonge Street. There, in addition to cutting cylinder keys for 25 cents, the brothers added such auxiliary products and services such as door closers, trunk locks, ignition locks, lawnmowers and Mossberg rifles.

Crappy install half the cameras don't work and they never return calls . Owner is ducking and hiding from my calls and emails . Had to file a claim with the local Police and courts.
