Con's: My masseuse was unpleased with my $5 tip and quickly pointed to the number 10 then waited for me to pay with my card to see if I gave her $5.00 more. I complained about it up front, they said the staff have been asked not to do that... there needs to be another talk about that for sure from management. The towels they used to cover my body were too short, my feet were uncovered part of the time. I would have preferred a sheet. Tips: If you are uncomfortable undressing, you don't have to, but instead you can wear a tank, a loose shirt or a bathing suit. I was comfortable wearing a low backed spaghetti strap and would have been more comfortable in shorts than pants. Also, pay attention to the emotional release, that was the most fabulous part! I understand chemical peels have risks, but I expected accountability, better communication, and compassion after being injured.
