Dr Bhojani is one of the best doctors I've ever gone to, he listens, cares, has a great sense of humor and always makes me feel understood and acknowledged about what I'm going through.
He moved locations and it's far from me but it doesn't bother me knowing I'm in such good hands, I will make the drive.
his nurses always make sure to help me with any of my questions and prescription refills and are always very kind and friendly. Very knowledgeable and on top of things. I never have to worry about things being taking care of in a timely manner.
The only issue I have would be the secretary at the front desk who answers the calls, I would know her name if she was friendly enough to actually say it on the phone when she answers, she always sounds moody, I've had problems not just once but several times for years with her putting me on hold and hanging up on me, I'd call back same thing, hung up on.
she never asks how are you, she even commented to me that "I can just call the pharmacy to get my refills" as if I was a bother... even though the nurse said to contact her for my refills.
isn't that out of her pay grade? You answer phones that's your job. I wish she was replaced honestly, her bad attitude makes me not even want to call when I need help, and or appointments because I have to always call back several times get an attitude (that's if I'm not hung up on a third time) she does not even bother to call her patients back like most places when there is a disconnect ..... that's disgusting to me.
Know your place please you're a front desk secretary it's your job to answer phones honey.
you aren't a nurse, and or doctor
Like she works at a doctors office and makes other people feel small. It takes all of nothing to be kind and or be polite. read more
