I narrowed my search to Jamie and that was one of the best decisions I've made in my life. Right from my first meeting with Jamie, I felt very comfortable, zero judgement, I was free to bear my heart out to her and she diagnosed the root cause of my issues which was a life with no boundaries. I had the biggest light bulb moments I've ever had in my life during our sessions. I spent over a year with Jamie and each session was super refreshing. I looked forward to each session. She uncovered a lot of connections from my past that were affecting some of the decisions and choices I was making. It was mind-blowing. I am a stronger woman with firm boundaries because of Jamie's help. She helped me work through each childhood hurt that was causing me depression. With her support, I had multiple difficult conversations with those in my past who hurt me and with each conversation, I was able to forgive and move forward and I felt a huge boulder drop from my heart. Nobody ever picks up the phone and responses to voicemails happen seemingly at random ... or never at all. I've been trying to get routine paperwork from the office for weeks, but can never get in touch with anyone who works there. When I do get a call back, it's from a different number that almost immediately goes to my voicemail. I've also tried sending multiple emails to them and haven't gotten a single response. While I think Dr. Butcher and Dr. Hernandez are great, I can't recommend you see them because of these numerous clerical issues -- and it's a shame. Getting my medication refilled became such an inconsistent and time-consuming process that I had to find another psychiatrist entirely. Save yourself the time and effort, and do the same.

But I also didn't speak right away. It was just off to me at first. Dr Henderson wasn't there and instead an NP was there. I expected that the doctor be there (and it Is my first time). I didn't feel the vibe for some reason,and I felt so uncomfortable I walked out. I explained that the doctor I spoke to was expected to be hear. I don't feel comfortable. The NP said "well you don't know him either." I explained I had a lengthy conversation at least. I just did not feel comfortable. I was upset because it took so much for me to show up. I really wanted to try this even though I was scared. I walked out in tears and messaged Dr henderson. He said he had business meetings and everyone who has ever been to end clinic has loved the NP. That wasn't the point. I felt dismissed. I left feeling ten times worse than when I went in. When writing this I crying. I felt so sad. But then I called another clinic and went there. Despite the steep cost, I remained loyal and cut back on expenses at home to afford his care. He is a great doctor, in he listens and has good bed side manner; and I would recommend him to anyone but you can't be late for any reason or you'll be charged. (He has no showed my husband before and we didn't get any compensation or an apology) Recently, I was delayed by an awful car accident on 45 and informed him immediately that I would be 15 minutes late. Rushing my family in traffic and desperately needing my appointment I was hopeful he would be understanding and not cut my appointment time. Instead of being understanding, he insisted I pay the full price for the remaining time in the slot and show up late. As a long-time patient, this treatment feels enraging. He has never extended my appointments so this was a first time occurrence, yet I am expected to pay full price despite unforeseen circumstances. (Mind you I pay out of pocket) It's disheartening to make personal sacrifices for a physician who doesn't reciprocate with basic human understanding.
