Received an email to fill out the forms prior- love that! Hopefully I'll get answer to my long awaiting (five months). shoulder pain.. Of course I'll do an updated review after my visit.. 9/25/26- great visit!.. Brian and staff are attentive and very thorough.. Discovered I have an impingement .. Brian and his crew were upbeat, supportive, challenging, attentive, fun, and professional. And, they always made sure that I was using the correct weights, bands, or machine that would best strengthen my shoulder while doing their best to guard against any possible reinjury. This team was great and I would readily return to them if I were to incur another injury. Also, I highly recommend that you consider choosing this office to guide you through your rehabilitation. They are simply the best in every possible way!

I've done cupping which leaves me feeling tons better after. I leave feeling relaxed every single time. She did an adjustment on my 11 year old son today and she did an amazing job at making him feel comfortable. She walks you through your appointment and is full of tons of information. I'd highly recommend checking her out. I love the vibe of her work place as well. So fun!

I started adding sea salt to my protein powder mix. Later I added other electrolytes and I switched to mostly drink alkaline water instead of tea or sodas. A lot of my aches and pains went away. I started yoga in 1969 doing football. I dropped doing it until about 1993. I have kept it up since then. In my retirement I am grateful that some days I can get in 3-4 classes a day. My body has had a few other previous car wreck injuries that got aggravated in the recent whiplash. A couple of my previous chiropractors had moved away or retired. I found Dr Brittni and LifeForceNV on Yelp by looking for a nearby location that had great reviews. She also is married to a vet who also is in law enforcement. She gives discounts to both. Her massage therapist, @gingerroottherapy is also a combat 82d Airborne vet that was stationed at Ft Bragg NC. Both have helped to heal me back to normal with things like #cupping, represented by the octopus hologram for the suction cups. I use supplements from Amazon and Dr Brittni sells me one ... TraceElements 40,000 Volts that has Boron in it. It also has liquid magnesium in it that helps to move me.

Healing One is amazing (see my prior review about this little slice of heaven if needed on Google), but this review is all about Terri D. My previous masseuse moved, so I came in hoping for some serious relief in my neck and to get my muscles back to a baseline after a very nasty flu, and Terri delivered exactly that. You know when you're getting a massage and thinking, "Oh no, wait, that spot felt amazing. Go backkk!"? This massage wasn't like that at all. Terri tended to every spot for exactly as long as it needed. She didn't just mechanically match one side to the other for the sake of symmetry. She paid attention to the places that actually needed work, gave them the kind of attention they needed, and it was incredible. She can accommodate whatever level of firmness you prefer, she's warm and attentive, and she checks in to make sure you're doing okay without interrupting the experience. You leave feeling satisfied, cared for, and significantly better than when you walked through the door. Don't hesitate. Book the 90-minute massage ASAP. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

One of my absolute favorite places in Reno to reset, recharge, and take care of myself. Highly recommend!

Dr Kiley co owns SOPT with her husband and she/the practice are amazing. She is trauma informed and makes a very vulnerable experience super comfortable. She also sees results with her clients that help both in birth and beyond. Dr Kiley is very passionate about her work and is a strong advocate for her clients and even those who have not yet made it on her table. I would highly recommend SOPT to anyone pregnant or experiencing any pelvic floor discomfort! Because she's so great she's got quite the waitlist. So if you are pregnant, call sooner rather than later!

Even though I understand I signed a no-show and late cancellation policy, I wish there was more understanding for unexpected illness. I have 4 kids. The odds of unexpected illness is fairly high. They still charged me $150, which feels unfair under the circumstances. Considering my physical therapist wore a mask, I doubt she'd have wanted me to show up sick. With something as uncomfortable and invasive as pelvic floor therapy, I would prefer a business that is compassionate and caring. Because of how this was handled, I won't be returning.
