It's located in a complex with several buildings so it can be a little challenging to find. The easiest way to get there from Cypress Creek is turn onto 15th Street and make the first right into the complex. The building is immediately on your right. On Friday, there was friendly staff there to greet us and to show us to our training room. There was plenty of parking. And the space was clean with modern furnishings. The training room we were in was a little tight for the number of people in there but that's not Crown Centers fault but it was freezing in there and we had to keep adjusting the thermostat. The location is centrally located to plenty of restaurants so all was good until.....the third day on Sunday when we arrive at 8 in the morning and we cannot get into the building. The management had changed the code and the facilitators couldn't get ahold of anyone so an hour and a half later we have to drive to another hotel in order to continue the training. The training has mandatory hours in order to receive certification and people came from different parts of the country to participate in it so there was no option of coming another day. In the afternoon, we go back to Crown Center Executive. Crown Center executive you need to get it together. Your business faux pas cost us extra training time on the last day. We were all exhausted! You can't have 50 people waiting outside. It was just unacceptable! I'll be back at a training at this location in December so hopefully they will have it together and I can update my review to a more favorable rating.

The building and its management have learned from their challenges and the building is now run well, well kept, and a very pleasant place to live. Because Cielo is only 34 units, the building is quiet. The pool and gym are on the roof and also have spectacular views. Please reach out if you have any specific questions. We had a major rewire job (for average homeowner) that included replacement of 2 sub panels and…read moreservice/panel along with rewiring 10 of older household circuits. This included wiring for detached garage which isn't ready just yet so they ran the future underground circuits and terminated, (waiting for the general contractor to be ready for electric). I am experienced with residential electrical work, (just physically unable to do this job). We had several other electrical contractors give us quotes that were about half of Jeff's, but I knew they couldn't do the job properly for the quoted amount. I found that interesting, but it was almost scripted from 3 other contractors. All of the other electricians provided information that I knew to be incorrect (about AFCI/GFCI combination breakers, which I insisted on using for older ungrounded circuits to be safe) but Jeff from Ocean was straight on with his knowledge and made no attempt to BS this customer. I have never signed with the highest bidder before, but am glad that we did this time. At this point, most of the work is completed, except for some minor plaster repairs which we are holding off on until the drywall people are here working in the garage (a much bigger job). Overall, Jeff and Ernie did a great job. The permits were pulled from the city within a week and they were able to start work a few days later. This project required more rewiring than expected, as they changed plans in the middle of the project after finding some unexpected conditions (with old wiring). These changes made for a better, neater job and a safer/more professional electrical system than what we originally planned on. Ocean Electric did a great job in the attics which was my biggest concern (their generally hot and hard to work in). The 3 electricians were very thorough and careful with all their work. Extra care was taken whenever the work involved generating lots of dust (as in cutting plaster and drilling holes). The wiring and connections inside each panel are neat and professionally organized. The service replacement went very smooth and they did an excellent job removing the old equipment and rebuilding boxes that were more functional and better organized. They were careful and cleaned up after themselves each day. Fort Lauderdale was here for the final inspection 2 days ago (there had been 2 other inspections which were immediately signed off). Everything was up to code on final and the permit was signed off and closed. I have not heard from Jeff about final payment, so we sent a check to the office for the balance.

Bottom line up front- totally happy and would highly recommend Majestic Kitchens and Baths to…read moreanyone looking to Remodle their kitchen. We began the process late last summer and interviewed and received estimates from 5 different kitchen and bath companies and design centers. I read so many horror stories about contractors, design centers, and cabinet makers with poor responsiveness, shoddy or incomplete work that I was very nervous about committing to anyone. We took our time researching as best we could and Majestic Kitchen and Baths impressed us far and above the others and we decided to go forward with them. We first met with Joe who was instrumental in helping us develop our design and plan. He had many ideas which were thought provoking and many ideas were included in our kitchen design. He was definitely working for us and was willing to do everything that we wanted and not telling us what we needed to do or should do, he merely offered many design opinions which we wouldn't have otherwise considered. Once we settled on the design and estimate we green lit the project and paid our deposit. We were warned that manufacturing would take several months and that the project would need to wait for the cabinet maker but when we signed the contract we were given a date to start work and we completely understood the time it would take before work began. We actually didn't hear from MKB for several months and as our work start date approached my skepticism that everything would go on time was increasing. However, the week prior we spoke with MKB and construction (actually tear out of the old kitchen) began as stated in the contract and MKB worked everyday. Carlos oversaw our kitchen construction and we definitely felt like we were a priority for them. We had open communication and always understood what to expect before the day began. As we reached decision points during the construction process or had questions about what was happening- Carlos (or his second- Maria) was always available and always ensured our desires were incorporated in the days work. Crews cleaned up after themselves daily. They were prompt and courteous and had a genuine desire to do good work. When we came upon a decision point or a change order as the kitchen developed, it was never any issue for Majestic. It was always- whatever you would like we will make it happen. If we had an issue- they were ready to answer our questions. If we didn't understand a process, they took the time to explain it to us. We never felt like we were not a valued client. Our wishes and desires for our kitchen were their priority. MKB were certainly not the least expensive (and not even the most expensive) but the quality of their cabinets, their attention to detail, and their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we had the kitchen exactly as we envisioned, made them the best value for the money spent and I am certain, no one else we spoke to would have delivered the way MKB did. We would recommend them for your project as well. As a matter of fact we are bring them back for our guest and master bathroom projects in the fall.
