They behave inappropriately and unprofessionally and become hostile at every meeting. We have been advised to simply thank them for their input and gently move on. Hearing about Civility Codes for meetings and whenever in common areas is brilliant. It just so happens that we are in the process of updating the Condo Rules & Regulations and will be discussing it with the other board members. The questions that the attendees asked were thoroughly answered by the Speaker during the webinar. Under FL State rules, board members must take a course each year.
