Although I had an appointment when I brought it in to have it repaired, I was told there's a chance they might not get to it that day. (It wasn't an urgent issue...why make an appointment if your schedule is full??) When I picked up my car after hours, the lockbox where my key was stored was left unlocked, and my car was also unlocked. And finally, after having my bakes serviced, the lug nut key was missing...requiring another trip back to the shop to pick it up. Overall, a frustrating experience.

Told them I would not be doing that and when I got my car back there was no cap on my coolant reservoir. Luckily I caught it quickly and went and immediately bought another one. Had them reimburse me for the cap but it was a shitty aftermarket cap and the functional original cap I've had to do without. Not to mention having to once again buy coolant. My engine block would have been toast had I not caught it as quick as I did. Could have been an honest mistake but also would have guaranteed I needed a new engine. Had never had an issue before but won't risk going back. Changed the head gasket myself for $800 after buying tools and parts.
