I found about this business a few years ago. They are the best they know how to get things done when it comes to the DMV. The owner study the DMV law and knows it as well or better than DMV employees! If you have a special case this is the place to come. Available without appt., our grandson turned 18, he found a used car we helped him purchase for his graduation/18th bday. We were traveling from out of state. They forgot to mention the fact they charge you a convenience fee. Customer service is inadequate, in my opinion.

The waiting room was crowded with very few masks being worn. They only had 1 employee assisting customers and they could use a numbering system to keep track of customer order. I am so grateful to Registration Express! My father had passed away and he left me his car and I needed to get the car transferred and registered into my name and the DMV was giving me a horrible time.
