So I pay with a different credit card. Later that day, I went to buy a $1.29 song on Amazon, declined! Next morning I call to see what's going on, and I'm told my account has been locked due to suspected fraud. They tell me they are investigating and will let me know something asap. Later that day, I get an email, a text message, AND A PHONE CALL to tell me my $1.29 Amazon charge has been blocked... BUT THEY COULDN'T EVEN LET ME KNOW MY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED. So I waited 3 days then called to see what was going on. I've got bills to pay, and they have all my money tied up! Now they tell me they are CLOSING my account, and will mail both my checking and savings account balances, and I would have them today, the 17th. THEY DIDN'T COME TODAY!!! BUT I DID GET THE LETTER TELLING ME MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED!! SO NOW ONE BILL IS LATE, AND I PAID ANOTHER ONE WITH ANOTHER CREDIT CARD. SO I CALL THEM AGAIN. "OH SO SORRY, WE MAILED YOUR CHECKS TODAY, YOU SHOULD GET THEM WITHIN 6 DAYS". If I HAD a worst enemy, I would recommend Truist Bank to THEM, but I would warn everybody ELSE to avoid them!!!

These is the branch my employer uses for their business accounts. As I am the bookkeeper. This is the branch I use. I have used both the drive thru and in the branch services. Lines here are never long staff has all been polite and professional on all occasions. Branch is set up that you are greeted as soon you enter by the customer service check in desk. As I am fairly new on to this branch and have not been added to the accounts yet, I am asked for ID each time I make any transaction. On my most receipt visit I went into the branch and left my drivers license. I was called immediately by the teller that checked me to advise me that I had left it in the branch. I did not see the message until the next morning and before I could even leave my desk to go pick it up she was calling me back a second time. I wouldn't hesitant to recommended then to anyone.

Everyone here is very personal and understanding of whatever your needs maybe. This location inside and in the drive thru other than the ATM machine never seems busy to me. If there are cars in the drive thru it's just as easy to park and go in and be helped right away. I have had to use their notary service on many occasions(even thought I am a notary myself) and they do not charge you no matter how many things you need done as long as you have an account there. They have even notarized things for myself and my husband even though he is not on my account free of charge. The lines when you need special services even appear to be faster here than in other locations. I love the Saturday hours.

The policies and paperwork are so complex that everything takes forever. The "Appointment" policy favors the employees and not the customers. The way that walk ins are treated is deplorable. Happy to wait without the beratenen and posturing. Interest rates are scary low and fees are on the rise. You have to request an English speaking customer service person and they may or may not speak clear English at the Saint Cloud branch. International travel consideration are ever changing and does not make for comfortable and trustworthy access to one money. Nearly every transaction is painful as the literacy level and professionalism is simply not in place due to the salaries offered. Today I pulled my life savings out of this institution because I just can not trust any of the transactions done by limited English speakers. Last I checked English was the official language of the great State of Florida, but one would never know it by visiting either the Kissimmee or St Cloud branches.

I arrived at 11:00am and they close at 12:00. He made me feel that he wanted to go home early. Sounds like he is annoyed that there is a walk in on a Saturday. It's the feeling that you greet your customers, not even a smile or a good morning. As others have noted in their reviews, they don't have the customer service. Looks like it starts at the top, Mr Messa may need training in customer service.
