So I pay with a different credit card. Later that day, I went to buy a $1.29 song on Amazon, declined! Next morning I call to see what's going on, and I'm told my account has been locked due to suspected fraud. They tell me they are investigating and will let me know something asap. Later that day, I get an email, a text message, AND A PHONE CALL to tell me my $1.29 Amazon charge has been blocked... BUT THEY COULDN'T EVEN LET ME KNOW MY ACCOUNT WAS LOCKED. So I waited 3 days then called to see what was going on. I've got bills to pay, and they have all my money tied up! Now they tell me they are CLOSING my account, and will mail both my checking and savings account balances, and I would have them today, the 17th. THEY DIDN'T COME TODAY!!! BUT I DID GET THE LETTER TELLING ME MY ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED!! SO NOW ONE BILL IS LATE, AND I PAID ANOTHER ONE WITH ANOTHER CREDIT CARD. SO I CALL THEM AGAIN. "OH SO SORRY, WE MAILED YOUR CHECKS TODAY, YOU SHOULD GET THEM WITHIN 6 DAYS". If I HAD a worst enemy, I would recommend Truist Bank to THEM, but I would warn everybody ELSE to avoid them!!!

These is the branch my employer uses for their business accounts. As I am the bookkeeper. This is the branch I use. I have used both the drive thru and in the branch services. Lines here are never long staff has all been polite and professional on all occasions. Branch is set up that you are greeted as soon you enter by the customer service check in desk. As I am fairly new on to this branch and have not been added to the accounts yet, I am asked for ID each time I make any transaction. On my most receipt visit I went into the branch and left my drivers license. I was called immediately by the teller that checked me to advise me that I had left it in the branch. I did not see the message until the next morning and before I could even leave my desk to go pick it up she was calling me back a second time. I wouldn't hesitant to recommended then to anyone.

Everyone here is very personal and understanding of whatever your needs maybe. This location inside and in the drive thru other than the ATM machine never seems busy to me. If there are cars in the drive thru it's just as easy to park and go in and be helped right away. I have had to use their notary service on many occasions(even thought I am a notary myself) and they do not charge you no matter how many things you need done as long as you have an account there. They have even notarized things for myself and my husband even though he is not on my account free of charge. The lines when you need special services even appear to be faster here than in other locations. I love the Saturday hours.

He says once we show up we can come back and he'll get us all taken care of. So, for a week, I tried to email him and the person who setup my initial appointment but kept getting an email reject message. The appointment person says that email cannot be sent directly to that address where his kept bouncing back as a retry. Finally, I went back and tried to wait, the person at the front counter (in a complexly empty bank) couldn't be bothered and said nothing at first. Another person there sitting in the office did the same. As the teller leaves, she says bye to the other employees and as she is walking out, tells me to take a seat and someone will get to me when they are free. After about another five minutes, the person sitting in the office picks up her stuff and says, "someone will get to you when they are free" as well. Finally at about 4:45, the manager Armando comes out and says, I remember we spoke prior, but how can I help you? I told him we spoke prior and he informed me to come back when our business showed up on sunbiz. He was like, oh ok! I then told him, so I'm here so we can open that account. He says, no, we close at five, but I can come back Saturday (it's Thursday today). Maybe it's me, but the times I've been to this branch, or passed by since we do a lot at the UPS in the shopping center, it's dead empty. I guess if this is how it is to open an account here, we will keep the two current banks we use. While the experience wasn't beyond horrible, I see a lot of reviews about Regions online and can only imagine how poor they treat customers once they are signed up.

I arrived at 11:00am and they close at 12:00. He made me feel that he wanted to go home early. Sounds like he is annoyed that there is a walk in on a Saturday. It's the feeling that you greet your customers, not even a smile or a good morning. As others have noted in their reviews, they don't have the customer service. Looks like it starts at the top, Mr Messa may need training in customer service.
