If you have any legal work to be done, the bankers at this branch are so incompetent at there job duties that they take your information and all your legal documents out of your possession, walk out of the office to a back room, where "supposedly" enter it into the system. Then when you need the documents retrieved for the purpose of conducting your business related to the legal documents supplied earlier, the bankers tell you that the documents are only saved for one year, thus they need to be resubmitted. This process will take an additional 72 (minimal). This is a LIE! The bank must keep documents for at least 5 years, or longer if the account is still open and active. It turned into a shouting match between myself and the banker. I left and went to another branch. At this particular branch there was a banker, that actually knew how to do her job and had no difficulty finding the legal documents that I had given to the bankers at the CHASE branch / 192 St. Cloud, in January 2024. WOW! That was over 1.5 years ago. After I completed my business with the CHASE branch, that had a knowledgable banker, I sent emails to both of the bankers that work at the 192 branch, in St. Cloud. The emails were straight to the point and I wrote how much I despise individuals that have a job, that they cannot perform. I wrote to each of them telling them to get better training and learn to do better at their job and NOT JUST COLLECT A PAYCHECK! To my surprise, I went to use my CHASE Flex and CHASE Unlimited credit cards ... both were denied. I found out that ALL my CHASE credit cards including my Amazon/ Chase card were closed. I guess the bankers didn't like me being so truthful. As I departed the CHASE bank 192/ St. Cloud, I told the one banker " You SUCK at your job!" Thank you so much for your horrible service, associate banker/A.P.C-D and Private client banker J.M. REVENGEFUL ACTION.... Remember KARMA IS A BITCH! It will wait for the right time.

I do not recommend this bank. After opening a new office in Florida, we scheduled an appointment to…read morecome in. Soon after scheduling, we got an email saying it's being rescheduled, but had no other info. Finally after clearing everything up I went to the appointment. The manager there Armando then says we need to be showing up on Sunbiz, and until then he can't help us. Not sure why this is, but ok, maybe company policy. He says once we show up we can come back and he'll get us all taken care of. So, for a week, I tried to email him and the person who setup my initial appointment but kept getting an email reject message. The appointment person says that email cannot be sent directly to that address where his kept bouncing back as a retry. Finally, I went back and tried to wait, the person at the front counter (in a complexly empty bank) couldn't be bothered and said nothing at first. Another person there sitting in the office did the same. As the teller leaves, she says bye to the other employees and as she is walking out, tells me to take a seat and someone will get to me when they are free. After about another five minutes, the person sitting in the office picks up her stuff and says, "someone will get to you when they are free" as well. Finally at about 4:45, the manager Armando comes out and says, I remember we spoke prior, but how can I help you? I told him we spoke prior and he informed me to come back when our business showed up on sunbiz. He was like, oh ok! I then told him, so I'm here so we can open that account. He says, no, we close at five, but I can come back Saturday (it's Thursday today). Maybe it's me, but the times I've been to this branch, or passed by since we do a lot at the UPS in the shopping center, it's dead empty. I guess if this is how it is to open an account here, we will keep the two current banks we use. While the experience wasn't beyond horrible, I see a lot of reviews about Regions online and can only imagine how poor they treat customers once they are signed up.

The policies and paperwork are so complex that everything takes forever. The "Appointment" policy favors the employees and not the customers. The way that walk ins are treated is deplorable. Happy to wait without the beratenen and posturing. Interest rates are scary low and fees are on the rise. You have to request an English speaking customer service person and they may or may not speak clear English at the Saint Cloud branch. International travel consideration are ever changing and does not make for comfortable and trustworthy access to one money. Nearly every transaction is painful as the literacy level and professionalism is simply not in place due to the salaries offered. Today I pulled my life savings out of this institution because I just can not trust any of the transactions done by limited English speakers. Last I checked English was the official language of the great State of Florida, but one would never know it by visiting either the Kissimmee or St Cloud branches.
