At few times per year, I get locked out of my online banking account and have to contact technical support to regain access. Today it happened again. By now, I'm very familiar with the process, so I called the published technical support number listed in the app. However, when I called 1-866-913-3733, the automated bot informed me that the call could not be completed. I then had to search for an alternate number and I called 1-863-688-3733. I should also mention that I have many years of experience working in software myself, so I'm very familiar with troubleshooting procedures and understand that issues can arise. What I don't understand is why this same problem continues to happen so frequently. And no I didn't forget my password as I log into the app many times per week. During my second call, my frustration got the better of me and I muttered an inappropriate curse word. I immediately apologized to the representative, as it was not directed at her personally. The representative then requested my member number. I had my checking and savings account numbers readily available, but I don't recall ever being given a customer/member number to provide during previous support calls? Given the circumstances, it left me wondering whether the interaction had changed because of my earlier remark, though I sincerely hope that wasn't the case. Unfortunately, the representative was unable to resolve my login issue. I requested to speak with a supervisor, but it became apparent that one was not going to be brought into the call, so I eventually ended the conversation. In all my years dealing with MIDFLORIDA's technical support department, I've never had an experience this disappointing. After nearly two decades as a customer and repeated issues with online banking access, I'm seriously considering moving my accounts to another financial institution. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and discouraging. At the moment, my login info has not been reset. Maybe get AI to replace the rep? I'm certain, I'd be online right now.

First, the positive and only positive: Their onsite banking is the 2nd best I have ever used. #1 was ING. Now the bad: Fees, they are confusing and inconsistent. 1 checking account required $1000 direct deposits and the other is $500 per month to avoid a $5 fee or $15 fee. Credit card issues, it took them 6 months to resolve a fraud charge and only after I hounded them every month. Mortgage, 1 of the 2 had COVID-19 assistance put on it when I never asked for it, then it took months to get it corrected. Cust service, If you need to call, good luck, minimum 30 minute wait sometimes even disconnects. Money transfers: strict Limits and restrictions, and paying bills from another account is limited. If you use more than 1 bank such as me, don't have Wells Fargo as one of them. Their rates are the worst and they make it very difficult to move money out of their bank. They charge fees for savings accounts, if you don't meet their requirements. Who does that today unless you have a zero balance? Today I got rid of my last of my WF Mortgages, next is savings and checking, and finally the credit cards. They have cash back on the Visa card but probably one of the lowest cashback rates around, shop around and you can do much better.

I have been very pleased with having a bank that aligns with diversity and supports LGBTQ+ as a bank. My husband and I always feel very welcome and respected and we feel more than a number at TD Bank. Great customer service and the building is very modern. Highly suggest this bank! Aileen was great to work with and she was able to help us open a new account for a family member and open an additional checking account. She was personable and made the process super easy and stress free. Very accommodating and inclusive as well.

I made an appointment online (Sep 9 at 11:30 Am with Dawn Nelson at TD bank at 22711 FL-54, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639) and came on time, two associates was working with customers ( about 7 including me waiting in queue, as I said two already in the service with associates, I am the only one in the queue with an appointment online ahead and I don't know the two in service whether or not they made an appointment online or not but it doesn't matter but I was waiting ) and one of associates is Dawn Nelson supposing to meet with us on 11;30 am. I showed my schedule list in a printed-out paper to her. However, she was busy with one customer and said she was busy without further explanation, or not even asking us to have a seat and wait in lobby, etc. Then we seated and waited for our turn. But when another associate was finished with her customer, Dawn Nelson didn't ask her to take over my case, then I had to wait for more than 45 minutes after Dawn finished her serving with her costumer. Worse than that, during the 45-minute waiting, that associate switched three customers even one of them came later than me. More, when a new customer came and said he had an online appointment, the other associate took him in and did an explanation to people waiting in a line and said he made an appointment online and has the priority ( this happened almost same time when Dawn Nelson took over our case). Why didn't that associate do it during the time I was waiting? By the way, I complained to them two times during our waiting time, the first time I was very polite, second time a little angry. Their attitude was nonchalant, no words and no explanation. I think TD needs to train its staff.
