Then once my partner and I started the program we became very Skeptical... It was being pitched as this massive line of business credit that one could utilize for any business. I had referred a fellow Real Estate Investor around the same time we were signing up and he ended up getting a refund because we both had the impression that this was a different service. Which is the only negative note I have - This service needs to be explained more thoroughly on what exactly is being offered. It's a service that all can benefit from, no question. But, Transparency goes a long way. After being assigned to Anthony he explained to us that we would be utilizing multiple credit cards at a 0% promotional rate and that over time we would build a larger credit line. Which he has done to the tune of 204k. These cards have become a vital part of our business when it comes to floating construction costs in between sales as well as paying our crews. My partner was assigned another representative from F&G and let me tell you not all of the representatives are created equal. I realized quickly how fortunate I was to have Anthony work my account. One thing that I really appreciate about him is that he's a man of his word. We had a couple of projects that took a little longer to close and he was able to work around our timing; that way when we did our next pull it was the best position for our business and results - which that is exactly what happened. Now going into 2020 we have cards with 0% interest which is definitely coming in handy as we are in the midst of this COVID-19 pandemic. Give this man a Raise. IF he hasn't received one already.
