I had a small issue with a Western Union I had sent out the previous day so came…read morehere to retrieve the money and resend it properly. Issue could've been easily resolved within minutes and they had me there for 50 minutes just for the retrieval. The women at this bank are low class and absolutely uneducated. Took three women to complete this simple task (including the bank manager). All were very unpleasant and treated me as if I were causing them a huge inconvenience. Had no idea what I was asking for when I said I wanted to resend it as "anywhere in minutes" with Western Union. The teenage cashier at Winn Dixie better helped me with what I needed. Shouldn't have expected anything more from Pasco County. What a shame!

Several complaints about this branch…read more 1- I scheduled a 10 am phone meeting with Client Banking a week before the "phone meeting". All week long I received confirmation emails & texts confirming my upcoming call. Well lo & behold it's now 10:38am and no call for my confirmed 10am appt. This is the second time in a couple of years that this has happened. One of the confirmations I received had the name & number of the banker who would be calling so I called, twice. Surprise, surprise, got their voicemail. So I called the main number and read below for that great customer service. 2 - Whenever you call that branches main number, a recording answers telling you they can't take your call and to call back. You call back and the same thing over & over. Horrible, customer service Chase! But I guess that's what they can do when they are a conglomerate. Sad!

I was deployed overseas when my mother unexpectedly passed away. She had a checking account and a CD with 3rd Federal; the checking had my sister on the account and I was apparently on the CD. Florida has archaic laws regarding probate, which requires us to wait months before we can sell her house, meanwhile we have to continue to pay electricity, water and her HOA. Trying to cash out this CD was the most painful experience ever. My husband several states over has a general POA; when I first called this bank they said I just needed to send a letter of intent and they would send me a check. Then it turned into my husband had to send the ORIGINAL POA, sign a bunch of forms, wait for them to get them, send more forms, have me send forms from the Middle East...it was like 10 forms they wanted. Luckily my sister called, convinced them to just take a photocopy, and I sent them a picture of my driver's license and a letter saying my husband had my permission to cash out the CD. Um, do they not know what a POA is for? This took over a month just to get to this point. They said they were not set up to do a bank wire transfer (who doesn't offer electronic bill pay?!) and so sent us a check. They sent an over $5k check with no tracking number. It took about 10 days to get it. Thankfully I live nowhere near this bank and use a bank that offers modern amenities. I have no idea what my parents were thinking using this one.

I am dealing with estate funds that they were to issue a check 2 weeks ago and now their estate department is telling me that it will be 30 to 60 days until the computer sends it......Do they no longer have people that are capable of handling these matters or do they need to hold onto the money that long.
