I have been very pleased with having a bank that aligns with diversity and supports LGBTQ+ as a bank. My husband and I always feel very welcome and respected and we feel more than a number at TD Bank. Great customer service and the building is very modern. Highly suggest this bank! Aileen was great to work with and she was able to help us open a new account for a family member and open an additional checking account. She was personable and made the process super easy and stress free. Very accommodating and inclusive as well.

I made an appointment online (Sep 9 at 11:30 Am with Dawn Nelson at TD bank at 22711 FL-54, Land O' Lakes, FL 34639) and came on time, two associates was working with customers ( about 7 including me waiting in queue, as I said two already in the service with associates, I am the only one in the queue with an appointment online ahead and I don't know the two in service whether or not they made an appointment online or not but it doesn't matter but I was waiting ) and one of associates is Dawn Nelson supposing to meet with us on 11;30 am. I showed my schedule list in a printed-out paper to her. However, she was busy with one customer and said she was busy without further explanation, or not even asking us to have a seat and wait in lobby, etc. Then we seated and waited for our turn. But when another associate was finished with her customer, Dawn Nelson didn't ask her to take over my case, then I had to wait for more than 45 minutes after Dawn finished her serving with her costumer. Worse than that, during the 45-minute waiting, that associate switched three customers even one of them came later than me. More, when a new customer came and said he had an online appointment, the other associate took him in and did an explanation to people waiting in a line and said he made an appointment online and has the priority ( this happened almost same time when Dawn Nelson took over our case). Why didn't that associate do it during the time I was waiting? By the way, I complained to them two times during our waiting time, the first time I was very polite, second time a little angry. Their attitude was nonchalant, no words and no explanation. I think TD needs to train its staff.

    UPDATE: 9/23 - No card, no tracking, no idea where the card is. Was it ever printed? Was it ever…read moresent? Guess we'll never know. Went into the branch a few days ago and asked for the manager -- 2 hour wait. I was waiting for the joke, but guess what...it's me, for trusting that a reputable establishment would resolve an issue regarding my money, idk. Definitely should've checked the reviews before driving 40 minutes to this branch with the expectation that I'd get my issue resolved in real time. I'd like to start by saying a 1 star is generous. I went to get a replacement debit card on Friday, 9/6, because my chip malfunctioned. Before verifying that a card could be printed, Dillon both deactivated and destroyed the card that I had. So, printer is broken, I either have to wait indefinitely, or he can "do me a favor" and overnight it, I'll receive it on Monday, 9/9. Today is Wednesday, 9/11. No card. No tracking number. No record of it being sent to me. And, to add insult to injury, he didn't even properly reset my pin, so I'm walking around with a digital card that's getting declined because Dillon failed to do his job. Imagine having to go through all of the accounts your card is attached to, change the number, then find out the physical card doesn't exist, so the customer service line offers to "waive the fee" to send you a new card, thennnnnn, you have to do it all over again. I trust Navy Federal solely based on affiliation, which I now know makes me an idiot. Update from NFCU: Card wasn't even PRINTED until Monday 9/9, by someone with whom I didn't even interact when I went into the branch. Who is Diamond? Certainly not the white boy I dealt with...Not only was it not printed until Monday, they didn't even have the decency to expedite it, so now USPS has it and it will possibly be delivered by SEPTEMBER 19th. Approximately 9 business days after I was assured it would be overnighted. Imagine how pleased I am. I'd highly recommend NOT going to this branch, and based on the reviews, it ain't just me.

    I've had to had to go to this Bank of America branch 2-3 times in the last year…read more Despite the Tampa Palms location being closer to me, it is usually closed on Saturdays or it has other issues with changing times. The lobby is clean and spacious. The outside ATM functions well. The tellers are always courteous and at their posts. The banking customer service has 2-3 people. While it is recommended that you make an appointment, 2/3 of the times we were able to get our task done with walk in. these included international wire transfers and setting up new accounts. We interacted with Ruben twice and Ranea once. Both were helpful and efficient. They are open 9-5 on weekdays and even 9 - 2pm on Saturday. BOA itself may have some policies that aren't great, but this location is overall pretty good for people in the North Tampa/USF area.

I made it pretty clear that it was an urgent matter, the banker I don't remember his name, but he had a ponytail told me that there was no way that he could give me that document. I begged him for over 30 minutes telling him it's something I know that he could provide for me and he insisted otherwise. I drove up to the Carollwood Bank of America location the next day and they were able to give me the document. No problem I was in and out in five minutes. I would not recommend coming to this location for any in person needs, just take the extra 15 minutes and drive over to Carollwood.
