I wrote an email to the Bank of America customer service and was contacted the next day by one of their marketing representatives. He carefully listen to my concerns and offered me a sincere apology. He also indicated that he would be returning my feedback to the specific branch with an eye on improving customer service. I don't like to be vindictive with my yelp reviews, and I certainly hope that my conversation as a follow-up to my negative experience brings about some positive change. I can't speak to the ability to reach this branch but I did want to update my post simply to indicate that the follow up for my complaint was handled very well.

I proceeded to show him the paperwork that I needed signed and notarized and he said he could not do it because my uncle was not a member of Wells Fargo but yet I am a member of Wells Fargo and he still refused to notarize my document and proceeded to tell me that it was Wells Fargo policy not his and that he is sorry that he could not accommodate me. I will NO LONGER BE doing business with Wells Fargo as a matter fact I'm closing my account and taking the large amount that I have coming to me tomorrow to another bank all because of them not notarizing a piece of paper for a veteran.
