His name was Derik I'm 75 years old. I am not riding any toys. My wife is a handicap and we told him we handicap accessibility so he brought me to a another Fifth Wheel hauler that has mechanical bunkbeds I said is this a joke he laughed in my face and told me you don't have enough money for this anyway I felt so disrespected by this encounter I think they would give a 0 if I could.

They also originally mentioned it was coming from within the states and then found it was coming from outside the country. When we followed up on the 3rd week, they stated it was within the states and should be 3 - 5 business days but still saying the total time of 6 weeks. When we asked for a tracking number, the salesman stated they didn't give one. Then we checked in after 4 1/2 weeks and just stated it had moved in the system 3 times so it is not lost but still showing the the 6 week timeline. We asked why is it taking so long and they stated they didn't know and the company didn't specify. 2 days before the 6th week timeline, we called and checked and then were told it was in and someone would call once it was looked over that day so we could pick it up the next day. They should have called us to tell us it was in and that it was looked over. Noone called us. When I went to pick it up, they stated everything was there and they looked it over and stated they were very busy and don't have a lot of time. I asked if the company stated what happened since it was within the states for 3 weeks and they stated no. I specifically asked if the clips were there and they stated they are in the boxes. When I got home and opened up the boxes, there were no clips. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't recommend them!

Catherine Jollie and Edel were very patient and responsive as salespeople, and John Fournier as the manager and finance person. We had to talk with the GM when a problem showed up on the trade, and were still treated fairly. Will be back to "test" the service department for the couple of things that need to be expected on these rigs, and some add-ons. Nothing major. I will say this - don't be put off by the building - the people inside rise to the occasion, even while the building is being worked on.

The appointment is for a Tuesday because i need it for Friday to go on a trip. Well Friday comes amd no call. I loose my money on the reservation so I stop in on that Monday and the owner BILL tells me sorry. They are busy and didn't get to it. Call me on Wednesday he says. I call on Wednesday, the parts he needs hasn't come in. I asked, when will it be in ? Not sure he says. I said if you have no idea then i'm picking up the trailer. An hour later he calls and says it's in, but no confidence it will seal tank and that I have incurred an invoice already. So i ask how much for a new tank ? He says he has no clue. I go to get my RV and the brand new battery I just put in 10 days ago is dead. Here i sit in front of his window while he looks outside at me in a 3" rain storm awaiting my daughter for a jump start so i can use the jack on the RV ago hitch up and go. DONT USE THIS GUYS BUSINESS. He's a grouch and a jerk. Be warned.
