What a guy! You will not find a more down to earth, honest, reasonably priced service. Truly wonderful. Besides winterizing our trailer and also opening it up for the season, we realized we had no idea what we were doing when it came to actually hitching it to our car. We were fortunate enough the Bob just happened to be at our campground (Panther Lake), so I gave him a call. BE CAREFUL HIRING BOB! I considered hiring Bob to diagnose and repair an issue with my RV refrigerator. His rates are the highest I have heard, but there were good reviews. The pressure of my propane tank needs to be tested and Bob suddenly became extremely aggravated screamed at me when I asked whether he would use a digital manometer or a slack tube (digital ones need monthly calibration). He was extremely arrogant and screamed out of his lungs to a calm and polite person on the other line. I even apologized to try to calm him down, but he was out of his mind. I don't care how knowledgeable he might or might not be (this is not the behavior of a person confident in his work)--what an arrogant person. I am lucky he behaved this way before he was hired. Good riddance. Phew! read more

If you have had an opportunity to ask around regarding Bob Miller, you've heard that you can't find a more honest guy. I panicked when I got my first water leak. After inspection, I learned that the whole underbelly of my 2008 travel trailer was full of water. Bob maneuvered his truck through the field to get to my stationary RV. He assured me I could relax and quickly found the leak by cutting away a board to get right to the compromised PEX pipe which he repaired. A critter chewed it. Additionally, he installed new awning fabric on my 20' power awning (Don't even try it!) and slid the refrigerator out to replace a shot drain hose. Bob inspected my unit and gave me good marks for maintenance and he identified a few things to keep an eye on. I look forward to having him back in the Spring.
