Saying finally acknowledgment of order but sayings its "completed". I'm like what that does mean? Did somebody pick it up? They're like yeah. I'm like no. I didn't pick it up. I doubt anybody else did. They go on about how I clicked. A button and completed it. I'm like no that didn't happen an doubt it's even possible. I'm a customer. Not a driver. I ordered, paid and here to pick it up simple. Then a customer gets in on the conversation. Meanwhile I'm clam the whole time. He goes absurd and crazy telling me relax. I'm like I'm relaxed. What did I do wrong? I order , paid , what's the status of my food? They continue to act ignorant and yell and try me to relax. I reiterated what did I do wrong? Food: First thing I noticed was how heavy it was, I swear in that small bag it was at least 2lbs of food, and after only paying $12 after tax I was pretty enthusiastic.
