The pool was WONDERFUL and the elevator was an absolute lifesaver when it came to hauling all of our groceries and stuff upstairs! And the views!! Gorgeous sunrises and sunsets right from the balcony, and when you're ready for the beach, the beautiful Gulf is literally just steps away. Grounds are very well kept and everyone is very friendly! Starbucks in the market was a great perk. We came labor day weekend so the kids and family programming was over for the summer, but the Aqua water thing in the bay entertained the kiddo for a good bit of an afternoon one day. it's a bit of a racket, standing at the shore or wading in to keep an eye on kiddo works... for a bit, but much needed shade requires renting a chair/umbrella set up on the bay for like 50$ (on top of the 50 you paid for kiddo to play), or retreating to the pool for an included chair/umbrella set up and bar/food service, but limited visibility if any of the kid. It would have been more palatable as a 100$ kid plays/parents get shade combo package even (I know it costs the same. Just feels less sneaky) bar/food service on the bay would have added addl enjoyment too but we made the best of it and then hung by the pool a bit longer. Check in and out is easy, parking wasn't a hassle, in unit laundry was great to have and we are talking about planning another visit.

The flatbread pizza was tasty, as was the caprese salad. Each building has its own smaller pool, but we chose to just go to the main pool so that we could take advantage of the bar and food service. There is a sundries shop that serves Starbucks coffee, there is a spa, and there are a couple of restaurants. The spa was booked, so I recommend making your reservation before you arrive or as soon as.

The parking permit and passcode is a nightmare. I still have not received confirmation of being permitted. Three different entities controlling codes for you to enter. Gate code, Parking permit and code and Unit access. The HOA and Management company was unavailable of course over the weekend 5 days into my stay I received a call . They credited me 552$ about 1/4 this was better than nothing . They were nice enough but there is no following up ir cleaning going on ..it is disturbing.

I notified them and made them aware of the situation and that her doctors did not authorize her for travel upon her release from the hospital. Stephanie said, well, that's too bad, you should have gotten trip insurance because we cannot refund your payment or push your reservation to another time. SO, if you are considering EVER using this company, know that they will NOT give you a refund of 100%....it will be 50%, doesn't even matter if it is for a DEATH in your family. They just do not care why OR about you. So, do not book with this company unless, a.) you get trip insurance OR b.) you have so much money that you don't care that you lose thousands of dollars. Note: At no point during the booking process was travel insurance mentioned, offered, or recommended--something that could have made a significant difference in how this was handled. Only after I requested a change due to my daughter's hospitalization was insurance brought up, which felt reactionary rather than proactive.

The location is great because you're close to the restaurants and shopping without being right in the action. We had an awesome view of the beach and the pool area from our 5th floor balcony. Though we didn't go down, it seemed like a really nice and clean area. I did see a staff member go and reset the chairs in the area and clean every morning before 8 AM when it opened. I like that when you stay here you get access to both the pool and fitness center. Our unit was pretty clean. There were a few things we didn't love but that's more about the property management company that maintained our rental than it was the actual condo itself. The only downside (though it didn't bother us) is that this is supposed to be a more secure property with a gated parking lot. The gate wasn't working and stayed wide open throughout our entire stay. It's very easy for anyone to just walk off the street and come up to your floor. There are no security measures in place, so if that's really important to you then definitely keep this in mind. Otherwise, the property was great and I would absolutely stay here again!

Its great coming to a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment and set on a balcony and enjoy the crash of the waves. The sand has been cleaned down to 16 inches and it was decided to redo it down to 24 inches so the machines are working. you can still easily walk the beech and see no tar bars. The pool and hot tub at the condo makes it difficult to want to walk to the beech. There are a few for sale in this building (my friend is pissed cuz it's significantly lower from his cost) Stays full though with rentals right around the year. He uses Southern Resorts and this is unit 620 (he allows smoking)
