Perfect credit no issues at all. They promised me a June 30 closing. It was very important to me to get a $200,000 equity line.They said they could do that in house and close both same day and funded 3 days later. Come to find out they do not even have a equity program.They just wanted my business on the 1st mortgage so they lied to me. the appraisal came in the June 15th right on time for a Jue 30 closing. But no they lied again as this did not close till the 3rd week of July. They sent all my papers to a credit union in NY. This equity line just closed in September. It cost me huge money as I needed the equity loan to close on other properties I had under agreement. I have been told there is nothing they can do to help me out. The loan officer quit so nobody is accountable. One lie after another. Buying a home is stressful enough. Do not get involved with a company like this that just makes it even harder to close.
