Within minutes they relisted it at $344,999- $10k increase in less than 5 minutes. Regardless I reached out to my realtor and asked to set up a showing. My realtor was told by Maiiana Silva, the listing agent, that there would be no showings or offers accepted until the open house. I had gone and seen the outside of the house a few times and was excited about the open house was scheduled for today. This morning I was notified that the open house was cancelled and the house was under contract. This was very discouraging to hear. I called the listing agent Mariana and she said an offer came in early and they accepted it. I questioned her on the information she told my realtor, reminding her that she said no offers would be accepted. Mariana merely said she and her partner got a strong offer and accepted it. This is very poor business practice and sounds unethical. I would never recommend a "sneaky" business like this one; including all the realtors and staff that work there.

They improved my venting system as well by sealing up all the leaks at no extra charge. They had my furnace up and running, so I did not have to be without heat. My home is warmer and toaster than ever. I highly recommend them. They install with pride and make sure that it's up to code. With something so important to your health and safety you don't want it done, improperly, I plan on using them for all my plumbing, heating, Cooling, and electrical needs. I had heard horror stories from friends about the many offers on the many houses they had submitted before they finally were accepted. Or the crazy seller's request that they had to accept just to be in the running for the property. I was astonished that I wasn't in a crazy bidding war and didn't have to waive any inspections or take the property "as is" just to get into contract. There was some back and forth, but for the most part everything moved quickly and easily. Not being from New England there were so many things about the properties that I was unfamiliar with, including heating systems, septic tanks and dealing with snow. Working with Mark I learned about the many things one must take into consideration when moving to a 4 season climate. It did take me a bit to find the right house, but Mark continued to work with me until I found one that I was really happy with.
