I'm not normally the type of customer to review but the menu change at the Moore Warren The Warren has had a slight decline here and there since Regal took over but was overall an enjoyable experience. Screens and seating are nice and I was always a fan of the premium seating. Some changes were annoying (lack of real butter and being charged unlike the old Warren) but it was still my go-to movie theater. I've always gone to the premium seating of the Director's Suite or The Balcony as I've always enjoyed being served dinner along with my movie. The food was always excellent and I had a personal favorite of the Cheese Fries. This has completely been changed and for the worse. The menu has been considerably condensed. I figured, okay maybe with a smaller menu then they'll be able to up the quality. Somehow the quality across the board has been worse. I ordered the cheese fries which have replaced the shredded cheese with terrible nacho cheese (think the kind you top your gas station nachos with) and they've also replaced the sweet maple bacon topping with regular bland bacon. The portion has also been reduced to a single serving when the old serving could serve two people. I also ordered a burger during my trip that was a complete mess (fake grill makes, bland, overloaded with toppings) that was not worth the $16 I paid. The menu change has replaced an awesome menu with one that is subpar with its ingredients/quality. Honestly, I don't want to write off the Warren completely and I hope the food improves but I don't have a ton of hope. I really don't see the premium seats being worth it anymore if I'm getting food equivalent to gas station meals. It's disappointing to see despite many negative feedback/reviews of the recent menu changes for the past 4 months (Both on Yelp and Google Reviews) that nothing has changed. Moore Warren Corporate has fired Alex Ansari the manager for the below described event that took place intimidating and terrorizing 2 disabled women with armed Moore police and security over an error in ticket assigned seats. You will not believe what happened tonight. Moore Warren sold my disabled mom and I the wrong seats and oversold 4 other people the wrong tickets and kicked my disabled mom and I out using 3 police officers and security guards halfway through the movie. The manager that did it is Alex Ansari. He got angry when I explained what happened and that we buy the same exact seats every week. He said I picked the wrong seats and grabbed his muscle, pulled me out and then tried to apologize only afterward when he saw me bringing my mom back out of the room in a wheelchair. The 2 seats we were in are literally empty right now. There was no reason for what he did. My husband and I know the owner and have a corporate account relationship with Moore Warren for several businesses in Norman that use your facility. I also take my disabled mother there severest times each week and have for 4 years which my bank receipts show. I am retired from the Department of Defense and I personally have never seen and I hasomeone treat the disabled in such a horrible manner. This man needs to be replaced immediately. I had a really disappointing experience at this Warren Moore. The staff member at the counter was extremely rude from the moment I asked a simple question about tickets. When I asked what movies were playing, she actually told me, "You have eyes, look at the app," and continued giving me attitude and dirty looks, even toward my child. Completely unprofessional. The theater didn't look well-maintained either. Walked in and I see popcorn and butter everywhere, plus nacho cheese on the floor! The floors were dirty as soon as we walked in, which didn't help the impression. My family and I read the nametag, Sonia, and we ended up leaving and going to another theater instead, and the difference in service and cleanliness was night and day. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for...in this case it's a good thing. The IMAX is amazing, my only complaint, and I may be in the minority, but I really don't like 3D movies but I love the IMAX. Most blockbusters are released in the 3D IMAX and they usually have one 2D showing and it's usually in the morning. So it's kind of hard to see the movies I want to in IMAX. The director's suite is a bit of a novelty to me. It's nice if you're watching an arty flick or a drama, the seats in there are heaven. The balcony is still my favorite. Mixing a large digital screen with comfy chairs and full service cocktail staff, there really is nothing like it in Oklahoma. read more

We go to the warren about 8 or 10 times a year. We love the fact we can reserve balcony seats or do the directors suite. Both options allow you to get away from some of the knuckleheads that can ruin a movie experience. Ie the teeny boppers who cant help but talk and tweet their way through the whole movie. Food is ok which means it is far and away better than your average theater fare. It is also nice that they offer real butter for popcorn! Though the 50 cent upcharge is kinda annoying. An eight dollar popcorn should come with real butter. Anyway.... Far and away my favorite theater. read more

BEST theater ever! I'm a born and bred Oklahoman so I've had to endure places like Tinseltown where my car got broken into, and the new Harkins that is ridiculously overpriced and not the least bit impressive. Not to mention the horrendous parking! My husband and I LOVE having our date nights here. All in one place we can drown ourselves in alcohol, have a nice dinner and dessert, all while watching a fantastic movie. We have our balcony seats reserved for the last Harry Potter movie and I could not be more excited to see it here. Definitely a must-see place if you've never been. read more

I really love the Warren Theater. I bought my tickets for the balcony online and got to the theater about 15 minutes before the movie started (we saw "Your Highness" - not a fabulous movie, but we were there for the experience more than anything else). We were able to get our tickets and get seated before the previews started. The spinach artichoke dip is very good and the chocolate shakes are so delicious - they bring out the metal cup they mix it in as well as your glass so you get every last drop. All in all, the experience is worth the money. read more

So very impressed with this theater! The design of the theater is so atmospheric! The ticket prices were reasonable, even for the IMAX, which is a true IMAX experience. The popcorn was yummy and fresh, the staff were friendly and helpful, and it was an all around great experience. They also even have a diner in there where you can order all kinds of foods as well as the usual popcorn and sodas. I would highly recommend this theater for a great movie experience! read more

I finally got a hold of someone today and they said they do not have an answering machine so there is no message for them to receive / return. I use to randomly go to different theatres. Once, we decided to finally go to the Warren. We feel in love with the surround sound, comfortable chairs, variety of food from cafe, employees. Never fails! We are always pleased here. We have compared with other theatres and we have always been disappointed. Don't waste your time or money! Gotta go to Warren!! read more

I have literally never been to another movie theater (anywhere in the U.S.) that could come close to the Warren Theater experience. I will never go anywhere else. The Director's Suite is the best, but sells out well in advance of show times. The Balcony is usually a little easier to get tickets on late notice. This place is awesome! read more

As far as I'm concerned this is the best movie theatre on the planet. If you're old enough and can go into the Balcony or the Director's Suite I would pay the extra price. If I don't have my kids with me I sit up there every time. If you do have kids it's still a great experience. Everything about the place is 5 star. read more

I love the idea of being served while watching a movie but I'm not sure the actual thing meets my expectations, it's a little distracting. And drinking alcohol makes me chatty - not good while watching a movie. That said, Warren's still the coolest movie theatre around! read more

I enjoy this theatre. I do wish they would hire some actual adults instead of a bunch of teenagers. Most of these kids could care less and have no customer service skills. They do play good movies, temperatures are usually comfortable, seats are nice and we'll spaced. read more
