This location has reclining seats. So that's a huge plus. I also like the fact that each theater is in small size. It's not huge which I like. There are lots of snack options - who can go wrong with theater buttered popcorn?!?! Yum! There's was fresh pop, and the better just put it over the edge. I also got an ICEE. I like they have that option versus just plain soda. Just a note of information. They do sell online tickets however, there is an up charge. You can go there and get your ticket even for later that day. If you're already in Avon swing by and pick up your ticket ahead of time to save you the convenience fee, and the worries of not getting a ticket for a movie you want to see you later that evening .

Great way to save money when candy at the counter is so expensive.

My son and I went here to see The Lion King. We went on a Tuesday and it wasn't crowded at all. We took care of our tickets at the concession stand and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Only bad thing I can say about Regal is their app. Booo! It's hard to navigate through their app, it's a bit unnerving. FYI: AMC perks and app is much better. The theater itself was clean! This was our first time at this location. We enjoyed the reclining chairs and the room we had to relax and watch the movie. after the movie they were kind enough to ask how our experience was and I thought that was nice. The gentleman also informed us about the rain and to drive safely... it's the little things that matter. The outside of the the theater looked very retro so it was a great surprise to see how nice it was. Bathrooms were clean and for the ladies they even had a vending machine for "personal items" which is always a plus. We will definitely visit this location again since it's so close to our new home. Other than the mishap on the app we really like this location!

Don't let the somewhat dated exterior full you- these are newly renovated theaters with all the bells whistles and more than I've ever seen in a modern theater. Each seat is a king size lazy boy leather recliner with digital push button controls. Every seat is reservable so you can lock in the middle, back row or aisle in advance. Rows of seating are double spaced so that when your lazy boy is fully reclined there is still tons of room for that family of 5 to walk by with there free refills of popcorn and soda without knocking into your feet. Food and bevg options are plentiful with traditional theater fair plus some decent mid range restaurant options and a nice craft beer selection. I can't believe we've been driving down the road to the bigger cinema-plex when this place has been right off Ronald Reagan & Rockville Road the whole time!

Yes the movies are expensive... but if you want a date night out for under $30 - it's your spot! This theater has the new reclining seats and they are sooo comfortable. It's also nice that you can reserve your seats ahead online if you're really picky about seating! If you sign up for their rewards program, there are a bunch of coupons you can use on their mobile app. I would definitely check this out if you plan to splurge on food!!

In line for popcorn on what will probably be one of the biggest movie opening weekends ever(End Game) and they don't have all the lines open. Good thing we expected them to not be ready and we came very early to stank in line for 20 minutes. Update. So took these photos two plus weeks ago and today it is the same. Can you please fix the restrooms Update again. Two recent visits with regal rewards card I had a feee small popcorn. In past always upgraded to a large and pay the difference so pay $2 for a large. Now they give you a $1 discount on the large if you don't take the free small. What the heck. So I again said no I will wait and use later and hope rules change back. Regal been go to ever since they went to reserved seating. AMC in Plainfield does also now so may start going over there.

Not my favorite movie theatre, to be honest. It's a little outdated and everything feels like it's…read morebeen touched too many times. The surfaces look sticky, and there are trails of stepped-on popcorn ground into the carpet. The seats do not recline, so expect an old-fashioned movie-going experience. Although, I've read that if you see a movie in the Dolby theatre, the seats are better, so your mileage may vary. One of the good things about this movie theatre is that it serves beer and wine. I didn't get any during my visit, but maybe I should have. The soft drinks are dispensed at a machine off to the side, and you can pick your flavor of soda. Another neat thing that I noticed: You can order your concessions ahead of time, and they will be ready to be picked up at a little nook off to the side. This would come in handy if you want to skip waiting in line! I don't usually order food at a movie theatre, but I had some food credits burning a hole in my pocket, so I got chicken tenders, mini chocolate chip cookies and pretzel bites for my child. My child originally wanted the Bavarian pretzel, but we were informed that the pretzel is as big as a steering wheel, so we opted for the pretzel bites instead. Who is buying soft pretzels as big as steering wheels? That seems obscene to me. Just make them a normal size? The chicken tenders were actually really good. Maybe my expectations were low for these chicken tenders, but they were fresh and crispy, and you get six big tendies in an order, with your choice of sauce (I chose honey mustard). The mini cookies were served warm, but they tasted a little weird -- almost like they were baked on a pan that had something else on it previously, like chicken tenders. As far as the movie theatre itself: We must have been in one of the smaller theatres, because it felt a little tight in there. But the sound was great, and the temperature was decent, and we generally had a good time.

This was actually my first time coming to this location and I'm afraid it's my last. I am going to…read morestick to AMC traders pointe for the time being as ALL of their theaters have the updated recline seats. Why on earth do the seats at Perry Crossing force you to sit up straight like you're in the army? Or some etiquette class? I'm not sure if it's only some theaters like this (our movie was showing in #9). I was absolutely uncomfortable the entire movie. Outside of that, it was clean & the movie quality wasn't janky (trust me I've been to a regal theater & the picture was "ashy & pixelated" like they were showing us a bootleg version ).

When I went to the counter, I can pick my seats by looking at a screen. Once inside the theater, the seats were labeled and very spacious. I went to see the new Michael movie and it was packed. I sat in the second row from the front and surprisingly, I didn't mind. I didn't feel I was looking up at the screen which I enjoyed. I ordered boneless buffalo chicken, and swapped my fries out for a caesar salad at no charge. The chicken was tender and the salad was just okay. It's happy to have a nice theater back on the westside. I'll definitely be back to Alamo!

We went on a Sunday and found street parking pretty easily, but then realized the theater validates parking for up to 3 hours. Such a nice perk -- wish I knew before circling around lol. We bought our tickets online ahead of time, and when we got there I ordered the garlic cheesy bread and a drink at the counter. Total was around $15. The seats were really comfy and spacious, which made the whole experience feel worth it. The food came out pretty fast. The garlic cheesy bread was probably like a 5/10 for me... not terrible, but I probably wouldn't order it again. Overall though, really nice theater and I'd definitely come back for another movie night.

We arrived and parked in the garage located next to the theater. When we checked in at the box office, we were told to request parking ticket validation upstairs. They provide 3-hour parking validation. I was under the belief that we could order refreshments from our seats, but the usher at the theater door advised that we should order at the counter and food (with the exception of beverages, popcorn and candies) would be brought out to our seats. This was disappointing because the line was quite long. We stood in the queue and once we reached the counter, we were assisted by what I believe was the food service manager. He spoke with a sense of ownership over the issue that was their beer refrigeration line. All of their beer is on tap, and none was available because of this issue. The gentleman was short with us. He talks fast and asked what we'd like and before we could even get the words out of our mouths, he demanded that we produce our seat tickets. I was pulling them out of my pocket when he said something to the effect of "we can't deliver it to your seats if we don't know where you're seated". This is true, but once I gave him the tickets, he held onto them until the end of our transaction. If he didn't need them right away, then why cut us off like that? My husband tipped on the receipt, but I felt that the service was subpar. I hope the tips are given to the food runners. When we found our seats, there was a huge spill in front of one of them. The employees have to come into the theater and remove dishes, cups, etc. after each show, so that spill should have been addressed. I found an employee who was running food orders and asked him for a towel. He graciously assisted us in cleaning up the spill. We both ordered The Fast Times pizzas. They were small, personal sized pies. They were cheesy, with a generous amount of pepperoni, but the crust wasn't fully cooked. I barely ate half of mine before I began feeling sick. I had to excuse myself to restroom shortly thereafter when I became ill. My husband's stomach is stronger than mine, or perhaps his was fully cooked. The seats were comfortable and I don't think you can pick a "bad one", but the food and the service could use improvement.
