The perfect movie experience for matinee movies. I took my son here to see the Super Mario Bros. movie. I was a little surprised at how small the theater was. Maybe I haven't been to the movies in a long time, but I figured the Super Mario Bros. Movie would be in a larger theater. I was super comfortable here and I love that I can purchase specific seats and not have to fight for good positioning inside the theater. This place has all of the normal movie theater accoutrements like popcorn, candy, soda, and even a few arcade games in the lobby for killing time between theater hopping. Definitely buy your tickets beforehand to save yourself time for buying snacks!

Movie outings are a tradition in my household but if you're gonna visit this theater, moviegoer beware!! First and foremost, this theater switched to Pepsi products...who drinks Pepsi anymore?? No one. So why would they switch to Pepsi you might ask? Because when food and beverage establishments look to cut costs, they switch to Pepsi. Disappointing. The staff was sluggish, lacked motivation, and were not customer focused. None of them wore masks despite serving hot dogs and popcorn...breathing their teen spirit all over my food. The theater seats were dirty and had tears in them . They downgraded the beverages to Pepsi products to save money but can't upgrade the seats? This place is the worst. I will NEVER return to this movie theater again. And if Regal downgraded all their theaters to Pepsi products then I'll never go to a Regal theater...ever.

The staff is excellent and the popcorn is always fresh. I love their Regal rewards program. My only complaint is that they have not upgraded to new reclining chairs like other theaters.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. First, it was Saturday at 7:20 pm, which I assume was a very busy time for a movie theater, especially opening weekend for several movies. When we walked up, the box office was dark with no one around. I didn't really care, considering we had gotten tickets online, so I assumed we would have our tickets checked inside. We made our way inside, and again no one to be found except for the people behind the concession stand still very strange to me, so I figured, well, maybe they check tickets at the entrance of whatever theater you're in. We get in line to order some snacks, and I order Tostitos nachos with an entire display of Tostitos and Doritos chips for nachos behind the girl we were ordering from. She said they only have Doritos, not Tostitos.... I didn't want to argue on the off chance they just couldn't use the 20+ bags of Tostitos behind her. I then asked for a box for me to put popcorn in so I didn't have to fight my husband for popcorn. She looked at me like I had three heads and offered a very small what looked like the top of a to-go box, so I just slowly walked away.. we went into the movie theater, and you guessed it, still, no one to check tickets. As we went to find our seats, of course, someone was sitting in our seats, and we asked her to move, and she said no, I have these reserved. You can sit over there, and luckily the movie theater wasn't packed, but I was irritated as hell. I picked those seats for a reason. Once her other people got in their seats, the one even explained that he picked other seats!!! So either she was just misinformed or just didn't care like the rest of the theater. Food and drink cups were all over the floors and chairs from the movie before that one. I'm convinced no one else worked there outside of the concession stand. We could very easily just walked in and watched a movie for free, and no one would have known absolute joke of a movie theater. The chairs don't recline, it's not clean, and no one is monitoring people coming in or out. We were warned about coming here, and we chose to go to see it for ourselves, and clearly, we should've just taken the warning. Honestly, when I bought the tickets online, it should have been a warning when it said they sell Pepsi products

It's a pretty basic theater and serves the purpose of a theater I guess. Pros: Better food selection than most theaters. I got a chicken habanero flatbread pizza and it was actually good. It's got some games in the main lobby to play if you need to pass time. Cons: Seats are creaky, uncomfortable and starting to age. Compared to the AMC theaters in Murfreesboro and Green Hills...I should say. It doesn't quite compare.

I guess it was worth the trip for popcorn

Not too bad for once in a year movie. The picture was great, sound wasn't too loud. Could use a deep cleaning though.

Theater was nice and clean although the service was strange. Cashier did not greet us, they just blankly stared and weren't very nice.

Uncomfortable seats. For the raised price of a regal theatre, they really need to step up and update to recliner seats.

I was very skeptical about coming here based on the poor reviews and rat situation (both Google and…read moreYelp reviews have mentioned this infestation). I nearly refunded the movie tickets after reading the reviews but at $12/ticket at 7pm, I was willing to take the chance. True, there is no AC in the lobby and it can be very warm while waiting in line. However, there was AC in our movie theater (10) and we were comfortable with the temperature. We ordered two candies and two large icees and the total came out to $25 after taxes. We were also told that the icees get free refills, too! The regular soda fountains are for guests to use and are also refillable at their convenience. These were nice touches when most movie theaters have become unaffordable for a night out. Our two movie tickets totaled $28 after taxes and fees. In total, we spent $53 at Roxy. We booked the loveseat and it was super comfortable and the recliner went back pretty far, nearly at a lay down position. These were probably the most comfortable seats we've ever sat in for a movie. The visuals were good and the sound was clear as day...a bit too loud, especially because we saw Obsession and there was a lot of screaming in the movie. However, I'd prefer too loud over too quiet. We shared the theater with 3 other people so we didn't experience any interruptions. Overall, we were pretty satisfied with this theater and will definitely be back...as long as the rat problem has been fixed.

That said, the theater really needs a deep cleaning and some refurbishing -- the carpets, seats, and restrooms could use attention. The staff is somewhat friendly, but the place would truly benefit from stronger management and more consistent upkeep. It has so much potential to be a fantastic small-town theater again. With the right care and leadership, The Roxy could easily become a five-star favorite for Lebanon moviegoers.

The music was just as good as the bands you would find out in Nashville and was my favorite part of our time at the creamery. They had only beer available on opening weekend- and pretty lame choices at that. No craft beer- just generic domestic beer plus one flavor of white claw. I'm hoping they add in some taps and offer some good beer on draft eventually. No wine or liquor at the moment but it looks like they've prepared to have their liquor license based on the bar set up. They only had pizza by the slice. We did not eat here. I'm very much hoping they expand their food selection. The ice cream was Blue Bell. I thought with the name creamery they would be serving homemade ice cream. I was a bit disappointed that they didn't offer more information about what is to come. Would have loved to see a menu that they will offer in the future- or at least if the staff could have had that info. When I asked the bartender if they planned to offer more than just bottled beer in the future her response was, "I just got here at 4:00 and I don't know anything." I've given this place 3 stars because I think they will expand their offerings soon. We will come back after they've made a few improvements.

Of the Regal options we've visited, this is definitely the one to beat. It's a solid location (worth the 15-20 minute drive outside of Nashville), it has decently comfortable reclining seats, and everything was pretty clean, especially considering we had tickets to a 10 PM movie on a Friday night. We didn't partake in the concessions this time around -  but it seemed like the team was moving through orders pretty quickly as we walked past. We chose a later movie time so we could be in one of the larger theaters near the front, and I'm glad we did. They do have IMAX and 3D at this location for select movies as well, which I'd love to check out on a future visit. Going to the movies overall is a lot more expensive than it used to be, and if you go more than twice a month, I believe the Regal pass is a great deal. We'll typically re-up on ours whenever there are a few new movies coming out that we don't want to wait to stream at home, although it is at least a three-month commitment whenever you do sign up.
